Perfect spot

Just returned from this gem! Location can not be beat! We walked everywhere - restaurants, shopping, museums, hiking trails. Close to it all but we still felt we were in a quiet oasis when in the backyard - beautifully landscaped with plenty of lounging. Pool was perfect.

Tranquil and Magical Vibe

I've stayed here multiple times. This is the best house in Palm Springs! Cozy, yet roomy. Very quiet, and yet steps to downtown dining and nightlife. Speaking of steps, if you are making the famous cactus to clouds hike, the trailhead is in walking distance from here. Come back and soak your bones in the hot tub while admiring that beautiful mountain view. This home epitomizes charm and if you're lucky enough to stay, you'll see why.

La Casita is such a warm and inviting place to relax that you’ll wonder whether you really want to stroll the 2 short blocks to the bustling main drag or just stay in and enjoy the beautiful tile work, the down-stuffed sofa, the comfortable bedrooms, and the lovely landscaping stretching from the front yard to the back around the delightful pool and hot tub with ample seating and hammocks to recline and watch the hummingbirds! I’m sure you’ll enjoy this as much as we did, and we can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing time here. Nick and Jerry were easy to work with. Location is absolutely perfect for enjoying Palm Springs. Walk to everything! Clean, comfortable, reasonable price for great amenities and an ideal location.

This home is located ideally to enjoy downtown Palm Springs.

The home is perfect for four people. It is located in the Tennis Club area and is ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. I believe that they are due for a few up grades. In my opinion, they need upgrades in pool furniture and most of all the beds need upgrading.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your input. I would like to mention that the mattresses were purchased about 8 months ago. I know when it comes to mattresses different have different preferences. We purchased high quality mattresses that we hope will appeal to most everyone, not to hard and not to soft. The outdoor furniture was also purchased with in the last 12 months. The outdoor table is wood and does have some aging to it, which we like in a Spanish style house. Two of the lounge chairs are a few years old but we keep them because the have a metal frame that also goes with the style of the house. We replace the cushions often

Had a great time at this house! The location was perfect for those who like to go into downtown or just stay in and BBQ. Even though it is only a couple blocks from Palm Canyon Drive, the property was very private and quiet at night. Nick was very easy to do business with and Jerry was a great manager throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
