Location and privacy

Had a great time at this house! The location was perfect for those who like to go into downtown or just stay in and BBQ. Even though it is only a couple blocks from Palm Canyon Drive, the property was very private and quiet at night. Nick was very easy to do business with and Jerry was a great manager throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

So divine, I hate spreading the word, but it's great!

I woke up this morning starting devising a way to return.

If you like charm, a gorgeous view, walking to restaurants and the art museum and Annenberg theater, a little funk and a great back yard--and a little funk--this is a top notch winner!

Cons--one of the beds was a little too soft for my back, so I chose a nice, firm twin. And extra kitchen garbage bags and toilet paper were not readily seen, but had we been staying longer I'm sure Jerry would have brought them right over. They were very attentive to all our needs. Would love to return.

Great Home Super Location - Perfect Palm Springs get-away home

Wow this home is an absolute pleasure to stay while visiting Palm Springs. So close to downtown we walked more than we got in our cars.

Everything about this home is convenient and easy, the location, kitchen, pool and spa, tv's and the internet.

The rooms are very comfortable and if you want to stay in some nights the owners have left board games and other fun things to do. The backyard is so private we felt like we had our own Resort, no worries just Fun,Fun, Fun.

Love the location

Had a great time at La Casita over the holidays! Downtown restaurants and bars were just a short walk away and a short stumble back home. Starbucks was also a short walk in the morning. The backyard was a perfect retreat in the afternoon to reenergize your senses. The house has great charm and is in a very quiet area given its close proximity to downtown. We look forward to staying here again.

Charming house in the most perfect location

The number one benefit to La Casita is the location -- only two short blocks walk to the main shopping street and the heart of Palm Springs. After that the other benefits range from the abundance of song birds and hummingbirds to the refreshing backyard pool to the comfy hammocks. We were especially impressed by the landscaping which is both attractive and appropriate for the desert. The interior of the house feels bigger than it really is -- we were all adults sharing three bedrooms and two bathrooms without a problem. The office is really responsive and obviously interested in providing good service --and they did. The neighbourhood is safe and with everything within a short walk so there's no excuse not to explore the many sites the city has to offer. A special place all in all.

Great central location and beautiful property

The house is accurately described and pictures on site bang on. The back yard, pool and spa spectacular. Used the lime fruits from the yard to make wonderful margaritas. If you want to frequent a large chain grocery store you will need a car or public transit. Airport is 5 minutes away, perfect. Even though centrally located, it's a quiet neighbourhood. The home is well equipped and appointed. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
