Very nice condo. Great location. Close to restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. There was a DJ at the pool which was nice.

Great stay

Overall very pleased with our stay. Location is great and condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen could use a few more pieces like hot pot holders but had all the essentials. Would recommend for larger families or larger group.

Family vacation

Resort was clean and very family friendly. Condo was spacious and beds were very comfy. Plenty of room for myself and 3 teenagers. We had a great week! Owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with! Would def love to return!

Very convenient

The condo was clean. Had everything we needed. The door was hard to open. Just needed some muscles. Great time at pool and beach.

The condo is fine but the property is getting run down….

We’ve stayed at ocean reef for several years now. Each year it seems to fall more into disrepair. They had several elevators out of order this week which led us to spending half our vacation waiting on elevators. 40 min at one point due to them all being full. No trash pick up. The room itself was great minus the hot water going in and out in the master bath. No complaints other than that about th room itself. However, if I owned and rented that condo out I would seriously ask ocean reef where all the HOA money is going because they are not using it on repairs to the resort!

Resort was a circus

Not enough parking. Upon arriving lines of cars trying to drop off in order to park blocks away. Elevators were slow. Lines of people trying to use elevators. We used stairs most of the time. Lobby was hot and smelled like wet dog. Electronic door knob was a nightmare to deal with. Always took us several tries before being able to open door. Owner would not allow guest to lower AC pass 72° F. Room was hot all day and night. Only way to stay cool was taking cold showers. Rug was lifted/loose in several spots causing tripping hazards. Loose faucets in yhe bathroom and chipped walls in every hall way.
