Great Place

This was a perfect place for a weekend near Sunrise Park. It was very clean and roomy. Communication was easy peasy as well.

Beautiful Cabin in Beautiful Pines

We stayed in this great cabin for a couple of nights on a quick ski trip. It's in a nice location - close to the main roads, but still quiet and peaceful. We arrived with the snows and were treated to snow-covered pines in the morning.Our arrival was pretty late, but the property managers made sure everything was ready. Our code worked perfectly and everything was clean and welcoming. Long days on the slopes didn't leave us much time to relax there, but we loved the fireplace, some family games and of course the pines!

Beautiful updated cabin

We went for the weekend to ski up at Sunrise . The cabin is beautiful, updated throughout , clean and filled with all the amenities needed . Updated furniture throughout. Bathrooms are updated and the cabin has a nice size backyard . It is located by grocery stores and restaurants but tucked away enough so if you don’t want to leave you don’t have to . It only took us 30 minutes to get to the ski location . We will definitely be back .

Great escape

My wife and I stayed here in mid-September. This was our sixth trip to the Pinetop-Lakeside area and our first in this cabin. When we made a last minute reservation after the cabin we normally rent got sold by the owner (3 weeks prior to our planned trip), rental selections were limited. We were a little concerned it might be noisy along Branding Iron Loop where this cabin is located but once we got there, road noise was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a fully stocked spice rack! We would definitely rent here again!

The property is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, just down the road from the start of the Tour of the White Mountains.We enjoyed easy access to mountain biking trails and hiking trails.**Accommodations:**The house itself is spacious and comfortably furnished. Having access to the garage was important for us to store our bikes.**Amenities:**The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals without any hassle. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio and plenty of seating for enjoying morning coffee or evening star-gazing.**Cleanliness:**The property was clean and well-organized upon our arrival. It was evident that the hosts take pride in maintaining the home, making us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in.**Host Communication:**The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. They also offered great local recommendations, enhancing our experience in Pinetop.**Overall Impression:**We had a wonderful time at this VRBO and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains. It’s perfect for families or groups wanting to enjoy nature while having the comforts of home.

Relaxing and comfortable house

Enjoyed a long weekend + 2 here with friends and family. House is well stocked and a nice split plan that has the master separate from the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms and beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with various cooking tools and appliances and there's plenty of seating. The street does have some traffic, but it's not constant and most is relatively quiet. Another thing to note that I didn't see on the listing, the garage has a NACS (Tesla) charger for use that provides a full 48 amp charge. Wasn't expecting it and was pleasantly surprised when we came in to town with minimal charge.

Spotless Pinetop Getaway

My 2 young grandchildren, daughter and her husband, and my husband all loved this cabin/home in July 2022. It was exceptionally clean, had updated appliances and decor, well-equipped with kitchen items, and an enclosed yard which was ideal for our situation. One small negative was that no body wash/bar soap was provided... plenty of hand, dish and dishwasher soap, though. There was also plenty of washing detergent. If we'd been notified of this, we would have been better prepared without the inconvenience of having to purchase a large quantity for our short stay. The bigger negative was that the listing showed that there was a "community pool" included, and in my initial searches on VRBO, I specifically used "pool" as one of the search criteria, as our grandchildren love to swim. I inquired very early on about how to access the pool, and did not receive the answer that there was NONE accessible to us until just before we left. This felt a bit like a bait and switch; however, I believe the listing has now been modified and "community pool" removed. If the listing has not yet been modified, it should be. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed escaping the Scottsdale heat for 5 days.

Wonderful Pinetop-Lakeside Cabin

Beautiful cabin in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We made s’mores on the back fire pit, grilled dinner on the outside grill, and and played corn hole in the backyard. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare any meal. The fireplace in the family room was nice and comfy in the evenings. I also loved the split floor plan…the master bedroom on one side and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side.

The perfect mountain home!

We loved our stay! I book this home for my wedding for me and my bridesmaids to stay in before the big day. It was perfect! The home is so cute and spacious, we were all able to get ready and have so much fun in the process. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving trip

We had a great trip. We came from Texas to visit family in AZ and have Thanksgiving at the rental. We got approval from the owner prior to our stay to have extra people over on that day for dinner. My grandmother had a service dog with her that the owner was aware of however I had 3 or 4 email messages warning me I was breaking rules and that there was cameras outside seeing a dog on the premises. Talk about stalker vibes. Makes u wonder how many cameras really are on or in the property (besides the 2 they mention)especially since it's very tech savy, we all know "Alexa" can "drop in" and listen to everything. Once I saw the email I messaged back but didn't get a response back for over a week. I found this to be very frustrating and made my stay worrisome. The property was very nice and clean, except the pullout sofa bed. Crumbs galore. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. But I wouldn't stay there again unless the cameras are removed. Obviously they just sit and look at people on the cameras coming and going and probably listen to what they say. How uncomfortable!!

We had a great time in Pinetop! Property was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. Back yard was peaceful and quiet - super safe for small kiddos, as it was fenced in. Would definitely stay here again.

August Getaway

This is a lovely remodeled home in Pine Top, AZ. We enjoyed the easy access to and from the home to other areas in the region. The home was small but sufficient for 2 couples. The home has an openness with the ability to easily gather in the living while cooking in the kitchen. Regarding items to consider: There are a few home maintenance items that need attention and it resides on a busy road - not necessarily conducive to solitude, biking and walking.

The Great Outdoors & Mountain Air

We stayed at the home on Branding Iron Loop in Pinetop Arizona, from August 13th to August 17th. What a treat this home is. Throughly modern, cleaner than clean. It is everything and more, then you see in the pictures. They have left nothing to chance so all you have to do is arrive, unpack, go fishing, play golf, go shopping and enjoy the cool mountain air. We cooked and ate all our meals in and enjoyed a refreshing beverage or two. Everything was there for our preparation or dining experience. All pots, pans, plates, silverware etc. was in residence. The home was moderately priced and worth every penny of it. My daughter and her family (children ages 18 months, 10 and 12) Linda and I, had a great time. Thanks For The Memories, Dave And Linda A.

Peaceful escape from the heat

This house in the woods is in excellent condition and appears to be recently remodeled. The kitchen is large and well-stocked (however, there were no wine glasses, and no salt). The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice - the shower in the master is lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck, playing cornhole, and sitting by the firepit (propane) in the evenings. Each room has a smart tv, and there is a Tesla charger in the garage. The location is great - close to Pinetop Lakes Golf course which we played multiple times. (Great executive course!) We will definitely stay at this property again!

Mountain Vacation

The cabin was a great escape from the Phoenix Summer. The location is great, close to everything yet far enough away to feel secluded. The back yard is fantastic with a great deck and family friendly relaxation activities. The property had everything needed in the kitchen and bedrooms for a comfortable stay. Only downsides - we were delayed checking in by an hour because the cleaning crew was still cleaning. The dishwasher and one load of laundry were not emptied/complete when we entered the house. The floor was also very dirty, leaving everyone’s feet black when walking barefoot. The ceiling fan in one guest bedroom was unusable because it did not operate without a ton of noise. Small issues, but kept it from being a 5 star across the board rating. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.
