Perfectly located in West Ashley, this house is walkable/bikeable to O2 fitness, multiple restaurants, Harris Teeter, Home Goods, TJ Max, Barnes & Noble etc. Downtown, Park Circle, Holy City Brewing, Firefly Distillery are within a few minutes drive. This house is updated nicely with new windows, new roof, repaved parking lot, renovated kitchen, new bedroom sets and mattresses, all new dishes, pots, pans etc. it is waiting to be enjoyed by guests.
Other things to note
We do have a long term resident living in garage apartment. We personally have known him several years. He has even house sat for us. He shares laundry room and walks everywhere. He's off on Wednesdays typically and will probably use laundry then.
