Located a short walk to the Steamboat Base Area, a quick drive into downtown, and near a free city bus stop, you’ll find exploring the Boat easy. Complex amenities enhance your stay and include an outdoor, year-round heated pool, two community hot tubs, and BBQ grilling area.

Kick off your boots, ski gear, or otherwise and enter this bright, well-designed single-story condo. Lounge in the chic, yet comfortable living around, turn on the Smart TV, and cozy up around an easy fire after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen allows for the chef-in-residence to prepare full meals; belly up to the breakfast bar for dinner with seating for 3. Take your favorite cocktail or mocktail on the west-facing patio to admire the sunset views.

Rest your tired ski legs in the comfortable bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and closet storage. An updated, shared bathroom in the hallway has a beautiful shower and tub combo. There is additional sleeping accommodation on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The community coin-operated laundry facility is available for use in the clubhouse.

The Rockies complex is 400 yards, by maintained walking path, to the west side of the Steamboat Base Area. In the summer months, line up friendly competition on the sand volleyball court or hop on the paved bike trail across the street. A no-fuss parking area allows ease of access into each building. Heading to town? Complimentary, on-call shuttles are available for Retreatia guests December - April.
