Paradise Duplex – Unit 9B

Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Duplex Units – Rent Individually or Together



Located in the Fort Morgan area, these duplex units offer a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere with uncrowded beaches, stunning sunsets, and rich history, all surrounded by the natural beauty of the Gulf and Mobile Bay.



Units 9A and 9B mirror each other. When rented together, there is a 10% discount on both sides, and an adjoining door can be unlocked for seamless access.

• Balconies on both upper and lower floors



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, plus two barstools for additional seating.

• Living area has a large sectional sofa that can sleep two guests.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Family Vacation in Gulf Shores 2025

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Paradise Beach Cottage (unit B) for 7 days in July. This was our 2nd stay here and we plan to come back again! We love the close proximity to the private beach, and the pool is only steps away too ! We love staying in Fort Morgan as it is quiet and away from the crowds of the main strip in Gulf Shores, but only a short drive to get there when we wanted to get out for shopping, dining and fun. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook with ease. The property is a wonderful home away from home.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this unit. It’s perfect and such a short distance from the beach, pool and hot tubs. The kids played basketball as well. Just like last year we all had the best time ever!

Nice beach and pools. Quiet area. All was good except need washer and dryer because cannot hang clothes out after swimming. Beach warning flags not changed according to weather. Providing more toilet paper, starter roll of paper towels, ice cubes, and some condiments would have made stay easier. Would return!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The home provided everything we needed to spend a relaxing week at the beach. The company worked with us to help us avoid the hurricane by changing our check-in and check-out dates. If we stay in the Plantation Again, we would definitely book this place again. The gated community now offers the Sassy Bass restaurant.

Love October at the Beach

Our stay in Paradise B the month of October was fantastic. The condo was clean and equipped with the basics. We love the beach in October. The suggestion I would have is to replace the bulb in the light fixture on the outside stairs.

Gulf Highlands Beach Gulf Shores / Fort Morgan

Especially convenient to beach and pool, plenty spacious, nice furnishings lots of drawers, good amount of towels, appreciate bathroom on both floors, Smart TV. There is an Indoor pool/ Amenity Pass in Unit. Dollar store close by bring dishwashing soaps, cooking spices, coffee supplies/ left some filters for other guest. Always recommend extra toilet paper and non glass drink ware for beach and pool.

Great house, great location, & great resort

Paradise B was awesome. Close to beach and everything the resort has to offer (multiple pools, hot tubs, indoor pool, restaurant, etc.). We had a great time. Gulf Shores Plantation is also one of the best "resorts" around also. Beach was great and a short walk across the boardwalk. We will be back. Would be 6 out of 5 stars, but we had some trouble with the DVD player, which I think needs updated. Everything else was great and modern (dishwasher, laundry, bathrooms, furniture, etc.). Thanks!

Spring Break

Good experience overall with some minor issues. The TV remotes in the kids room would not work with the TV, which made that TV unusable. There were no dish towels in the place. The upstairs king bed frame was broken. The cable stations were very spotty and would come in and out. Lastly, the coffee maker does not have the correct pot and therefore doesn't work well. However, the unit was clean and fit expectations.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a total of 4 adults and 3 children staying. The house is in a great spot, super close walk to the beach and pool. It had plenty of beds and room for everyone to sleep. Love the double balconies and the kitchen amenities and washer/dryer were so convenient for our stay. The house could use some TLC in certain areas like spots on the bathroom ceilings and worn carpet, etc. However these are easy to overlook and I think it’s priced fair based on the condition. One thing to note is if traveling with toddlers beware of the heavy ceramic toilet seats. They are very heavy and shut very hard and fast. We had an incident with our 3 year old son that ended with a late night trip to the emergency room because of this. 😖

Amazing stay

We brought our youth & young adult’s group & had an amazing time. Sone of them had never been to the beach before, & I’m glad they got to experience like this. The housing accommodations were very upscale! Our goal as Youth & Young Adult leaders was to show them that they deserved the very best as young people trying to strive for positive things in life. That mission was accomplished through the stay we had at your place. I know they all walked away feeling like nothing is too good for them & the bar is set high for what we want them to expect out of life. I did find the pricing to be a little steep for 2 nights (around $500 per/night), but the group was worth the investment.

Great Family Retreat in Fort Morgan

The property was a perfect place for our little family with two young ones. The outdoor pools and surrounding property were well maintained. Our only major critique would be that there was some construction happening while we were there on the building with the dome pool and the house next door. It would have been nice to have been notified of this, though I understand the property manager could do little about this. There were two rainy days during our stay and we did not have access to any of the indoor pools. There were wristbands that were required that were missing in our property and the key card to enter the indoor pool in the small brown building was not working. This area could benefit from some more restaurants or cafes on the property l. Over all we loved our stay and only hope that this area of Fort Morgan continues to thrive for years to come. We definitely plan on returning to this spot. It was a source of so many amazing memories.

Paradise B met all my expectations. The beds are comfy. There was plenty of towels and the condo was well equipped. There was a peekaboo view of the ocean and 2 great decks to enjoy the sunshine. One little issue and it was addressed the same day within a few hours. Just a short walk to the beach.

Wow definitely rent again!!

This property had everything you needed for your stay including fans. Which weren't needed because the air works great. Very clean and stocked with enough linens. Great proximity to the beach and pool. I will definitely rent again.

Nice home!

This house is beautiful and is right on the beach! There are a few things that need updated, like the toaster that didn’t work and then the balcony on the first floor, a lot of the spindles are barley hanging on which is a huge safety hazard, we couldn’t let my one year old out on it because we feared she could fall off, and if you are going to bring a little one, bring a baby gate if they can climb stairs! You’ll need it! Overall I would rate this place a 8 out of 10. If they fix those small flaws it would be a 10 for sure.
