Top 2 stories of 1800s Historic Sea Captain's House right on water side of Commercial Street in the West End. Amazing water views!! Located near the center of town, steps to the beach as well as the Boatslip, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Flyer's is right behind the house where you can rent a boat or kayak to explore Ptown. Parking for 1 car directly on Commercial St. Deck on back facing water. Wood floors throughout and 2 gas fireplaces. Fast wifi, 46' LCD TV with Bose speaker system, ipod/iphone dock in each bedroom. 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Rainforest shower/heated floors in both bathrooms. Newly renovated addition and expanded deck built in 2013. Additional 2 smart LED TVs in bedrooms. New washer/dryer.

Perfect getaway!
Eddie's place was even nicer than in the pictures. Location was perfect, the place was spacious, and we had an awesome visit. The best place of the half dozen that I've rented in Ptown over the years.

Amazing Ptown Condo
The pictures do not do this spacious condo justice. Waking up to the ocean views out on the expansive back deck was a treat in addition to the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Within minutes walking to boatslip and restaurants made this a prime location for the cool fall weather. Eddie made the check in process super easy and communicated expectations well in advance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for your next ptown stay!

Ptown Perfection
This was my second stay at Eddie’s place, so I knew what to expect: beautiful home, great views, convenient location and peace/quiet. There’s a reason we keep coming back. We rented bikes for our 18 day stay (there’s a protected spot in front of the house to secure bikes) and never once used our car. Everything is within walking distance, so you don’t really need a car. Eddie is the best host I’ve ever dealt with. Welcoming, low-key, and there if you need him. Great experience all around!

Very charming place in great part of town
Some friends and I come to Provincetown every summer and we were so lucky to have found this property for our visit this year. It's right on Commercial Street but just as the quiet area begins, so you're still close to everything. The decor is great, beds are very comfortable, and the shower in the main path is fantastic. The property owner is very nice and accessible. He provided a lot of great tips for newcomers. I would definitely stay here again.

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

Perfect Ptown Lodging
This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible. Highly recommend booking this property.

Great host. Great accommodations. Everything you could need was already there - umbrellas, to go coffee cups, coffee!, paper towels, games and many movies on dvd. Wonderful bright place to relax close to everthing in PTown. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome place!
The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk. The outdoor space was beautiful too!

Ideal West End stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Eddie’s West End Ptown home. Lots of room for 3 of us and certainly could have had up to 6. Thoughtful touches like coffee pods ready to go, fireplace and soaps. I'm a frequent Ptown visitor since the 90’s and prefer this end of town, convenience to favorite restaurants like Joon (next door), Sals Place and Red Inn. I will definitely look to stay here again.

This condo was wonderful! The only issue was the boat yard behind it. The boats that were winterized were stacked up preventing any water views, disappointing.

Great place to stay for a wedding at The Masthead. Be prepared for steep stairs. Great beds,2 baths with showers for 4 adults. Having a parking space is a big plus all in the heart of Provincetown
