Top 2 stories of 1800s Historic Sea Captain's House right on water side of Commercial Street in the West End. Amazing water views!! Located near the center of town, steps to the beach as well as the Boatslip, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Flyer's is right behind the house where you can rent a boat or kayak to explore Ptown. Parking for 1 car directly on Commercial St. Deck on back facing water. Wood floors throughout and 2 gas fireplaces. Fast wifi, 46' LCD TV with Bose speaker system, ipod/iphone dock in each bedroom. 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Rainforest shower/heated floors in both bathrooms. Newly renovated addition and expanded deck built in 2013. Additional 2 smart LED TVs in bedrooms. New washer/dryer.

My husband and daughters went up to Provincetown to spend New Years Eve with family. This house is an absolute gem! Close to town, clean, but mostly the coziest winter retreat. With 2 fireplaces, it made our trip most enjoyable to cozy up after enjoying the restaurants and time spent with family. Would highly recommend this rental!!

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

Perfect Ptown Lodging

This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible.
