Welcome to our Newly Renovated Golf Villa 1203! Edgewater Beach Resort & Golf Villas is a gated community right across the street from the beach with easy beach access! Enjoy 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, splash pad, a poolside bar & grill, and a beach store with Starbucks and ice cream! This beautiful Golf course view villa hosts up to 6 guests comfortably with a King bed in master as well as 2 double beds in the guest room. Also offers a Queen sofa bed and all the amenities of a home for an amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The Villa was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and maintained. The beds were comfortable, and thee was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access in and our of the gate and to get over to the main pool and beach area. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through checkout, and they were responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Awesome place, such a great experience!!Some food crumbs on the living room area, dining table and kitchen probably from the previous ,tenants but other than that it was an amazing place, clean and neat. 100% recommended.

This property was very well decorated and incredibly spacious. Bring your own shampoo and soap as what is provided is incredibly limited and will only last one person a few days. Pros: Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc. If you need to cook, this kitchen pretty much has it all. Master has a king size bed and lots of extra room with a door leading to the patio. Other guest room has 2 beds, great for 2 additional guest. Unit was mostly clean. There were 4 beach chairs available and two umbrellas that we could take to the beach, however one was broken which is understandable since they don't last long in the wind. Cons: It backs up to a small stretch of golf course with a major road right behind it. It was incredibly noisy throughout the night with frequent emergency vehicles and very noisy cars. Being on the first floor, you do hear the upstairs neighbors. The floor is paper thin and I could hear their conversations. The footsteps sounded like they were stomping back and forth all day. The unit could use a deep clean when we were there. The master carpet was pretty dirty and the shower curtain was extremely pink with mold. Even though the unit is big, there was no coffee table which was odd since there was enough space for one. That made it harder to eat or watch tv.
