Lincoln, NH Village of Loon Townhome Sleeps up to 12. 3 Queen Bedrooms, Sleeping Loft With Two Sets Of Bunks, one twin room, 3 full Baths, full gourmet kitchen, 1 kitchenette downstairs in lower level, 2 gas fireplaces, Wifi, cable and Roku tvs. Enjoy our renovated townhome with year round views of Loon Mountain.
Our unit has a gourmet kitchen and a kitchenette with granite countertops, custom made cabinets, 2 gas fireplaces, flat screen Smart TV's with Roku in the main living areas!
Above the entry level is the main living area, kitchen, full bath, dining and living area with gas fireplace, flat screen smart tvs with Roku, washer, dryer, access to the deck with gas grill, Adirondack chairs.
Master bedroom with queen bed. Views of Loon Mtn ski area.
The next level has another full bath, up a small set of stairs to the other queen bedroom. This level also has a set of steps up to the sleeping loft where there are two sets of bunks, small smart tv where the kids can hook up their gaming devices. Great area for the kids to relax and enjoy some space of their own.
The lower level, which has it's own entrance and is also accessible from the main level has a twin bedroom, one queen bedroom, a full bath and a kitchenette.

Loved the condo. Perfect set up for our multi-family crew. I was worried about the parking overflow lot logistics but the location of the lot (not too far from the main entrance) actually worked out in our favor. Thank you!

Beautiful Rental

My family spends a week in Lincoln NH (Loon Mountain) every summer (past 13 yrs). This rental was our favorite! Nancy's property was clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING and more that we needed! Most importantly, Nancy is a wonderful host. She is great with the communication and is very friendly! We most certainly want to stay here again in the future! Sue Dunkerley

Lovely winter getaway!

Two close families enjoyed a lovely getaway together! Plenty of room for the teens to enjoy the lower level unit and the adults really spread out throughout the top two floors! Thanks you for your communication and providing a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful home. Recently updated. Great location. Perfect for a large family.

The owner was very quick to respond to emails. The rental was beautiful and more beautiful than I was expecting from the pictures. Perfect amount of space for my family of 6 and in-laws.

Clean, roomy, and convenient!

We stayed here for a fall weekend getaway. Our group included 6 adults and 5 kids. We each had our own floor with a bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room in the living room for everyone to play and lounge. The condo is very close to Loon mountain and right down the street from restaurants and shops. We also had a chance to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs on the last day. Great place to stay anytime of year!

Labor day weekend for a wedding. Home Away from home!

From the moment we walked in the door warm, cozy and welcoming. Nancy sent an email to make sure we arrived and were settling in. The decor is perfect. You will want for nothing. The view, the peacefulness and quiet serenity. You are close to all the White Mountains has to offer. Loon Mt. Ski Resort is directly across the street. We will definitely go back. Amazing stay!

Wonderful house!

We stayed in December and it was truly a great experience! We had 4 adults and 5kids and house, both top and bottom, offered more than enough space. It was clean, modern, and had everything you may need. It was close to the slopes and had an amazing view of he mountain. We would definetly be back another time!! Nancy was responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Thank you.

Very nice condos!

Property was perfect for extended family get together. Very updated with top of the line appliances and a very nice kitchen. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Each family had its own bath and couple bedrooms so kids could get away from adults. Nancy was a great host with suggestions for food and things nearby. We'd go again

Well Adorned

Extremely Comfortably. We sat 9 adults at the large dining room table and had lots of room. All the beds were comfortable. The gas fireplaces provided all the heat needed we kept the Thermostats for the main system at 62 to cool off at night to sleep. This condo is a treasure.

Great Family Condo

What a great place! The condo was perfect for our family weekend. Beautiful, fully equipped, clean, and a great location. We could walk to the mountain entrance, which was perfect for us. Nancy was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo for our Family Vacation.

The condo was everything advertised. It was very clean and very well decorated. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect place for our annual family vacation. We enjoyed great breakfast and dinners together everyday and were out right after breakfast everyday to enjoy the many attractions which are only a short drive away. We even found local swimming holes in the river not far from the condo which were very refreshing. Our favorite hands down was the zip line and the off road safari ride. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and played tennis too. We are looking forward to returning next year. Nancy was very quick to respond to all questions we had .

Beautiful home, very well maintained and super clean. Perfect view of the mountain.

We stayed at this home with 2 other families and all the adults and children had a great time. There is plenty to do in the area, all seasons. The home is updated with the finest appliances and the bedrooms were all of decent size with comfortable bedding. This property would be one on our recommendation list!

Great Family Vacation!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo! We recently returned from February school vacation week with our children and their friends and the accommodations were fantastic. The property has plenty of room for larger groups and is well furnished throughout every room. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to cook a meal after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning while taking in the amazing views of Loon Mountain across the street. The heated bathroom floors in the morning were a nice bonus. Nancy was great to work with and was quick to respond to any question we had. Everyone in our group said it was the best place we have ever rented. We would love to rent Nancy's place again not only in the winter but during the summer as well, the area has so much to offer during any time of the year. Thank you again Nancy for a great family vacation!

Beautiful town home

We just got back from a week of skiing at Loon Mountain. My favorite part of our trip was the accommodations. The Condo we stayed in was just perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out, the decor was so nice. The bedding was luxurious, the bathrooms were great, loved the heated floors! The kitchen is really well stocked with anything you might need. Pleasing everyone is hard to do, my whole family loved the place! Would highly recommend! We plan on going back, thank you to the Holt and Hart families for sharing their beautiful home!

After many years of renting for the winter season at The Village of Loon, our family decided it was time to buy our own place.
We use the condo for most of the winter season ourselves, however, Spring, Summer and Fall are beautiful up here so we keep those seasons open for rentals.
We totally renovated the unit 7 years ago and it's beautiful! Come and enjoy it with your family and friends as we do!

We are across the street from Loon Mtn. Great views! Pool, exercise room, hot tubs, right down the street at the Village of Loon swim club.
Spring and Summer has hiking, lots of activities at Loon Mtn, shopping, area restaurants, golf, several theme parks, river swimming, tennis, biking, and much more!
Winter season brings skiing, skating, snow shoeing and cross country skiing! All within minutes of our condo!
