5 bedroom Townhouse: Incredible Views of Loon Mtn.

Recently updated 5 bedroom multi level townhouse located in Coolidge Falls across from Loon Mountain, this home boasts spectacular mountain and foliage views.
Upon entering the unit, a spacious mudroom will keep all your gear organized.
"The Summit" floor is home to the master suite, with a king sized bed, his and hers closets, and a recently renovated bathroom.
"Grand Junction" is a great place for entertaining with open concept kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The oversized dining table comfortably hosts a large group, and the adjacent island with barstools is great for extra seating and socializing. Wait until you see the views from this level! Enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the sectional couch, the dining room, or from either of the two balconies! A half bath and a bedroom with a double bed can be found on this floor too.
Heading down to the "Pick-a-Room" floor, you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, with beautiful views out the slider door to your own private balcony. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, and a twin trundle. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds.
Head down to the lower level, or the "Base Lodge" for the best in entertainment! A bar, flat screen tv, games, a pool table, darts, a slot machine, and a juke box will keep your group entertained for your entire stay! A half bathroom is also located on this floor. Our pool club membership at the Village of Loon allows you to access their indoor pools, outdoor pools, spas, sauna, and tennis courts.

Awesome views and Great Access Point

We had 12 family members get together for a weekend and the condo was perfect for all of us. The Grandjunction Area and deck became our common meeting are for meals, games and great conversation! Thank you Rick for such a wonderful place to stay!

This home was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, soft towels, and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Stunning mountain views! We spent a fun-filled evening singing karaoke and playing pool and darts. Rick was very responsive and welcoming. He and his wife are very kind. The whole family said, same place next year!

Awesome property for a group with multiple living areas. The basement level was undoubtedly the highlight of the home. The mountain shuttle runs right past the home regularly which made getting over to the ski area a breeze. Communication and check-in / check-out was exceptionally smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family ski vacation!

A great property so close to loon! Lots of bedrooms, a great main living area with a huge couch, and a cool bar setup on the bottom floor with a pool table. Loved the mudroom when you first walk in, easy parking for three cars, and access to pools/hot tubs down the road! Shuttle bus goes right by the house if you want to take that to loon too. Great family vacation

Winter Wonderland

My wife and I rented this place for several days for a family gathering. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house and the host were both tremendous. Lot’s of room and amenities and the game room… what a treat. The views of the mountain right across from the house are spectacular. We can’t think of anything that could be improved and will be renting again if having a gathering in the Lincoln area.

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed in this spacious condo with 10 family members. It was very clean and remodeled. The view was amazing and close to Loon Mountain. My family members went mountain biking, so it was very convenient. The host was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was there was no air conditioning. Thank goodness it was a cool summer week!

Great Spring stay in Lincoln

Rick's place was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. Plenty of space and bedrooms for the 10 of us, which included 3 grandkids. The view is amazing from just about every room in the townhouse. The adults loved the lower level bar/game room after putting the kids to bed on a separate level. Kitchen is well stocked as we ate all of our meals in (too much hassle to dine out with the big group). The location was perfect for us to head out for some half day hikes....all within a couple of miles. We even took the grandkids to the included pool club for a couple of hours. Great family vacation! Highly recommend Rick's place for a family gathering.

The property was in a great location with great views. The owner was great at communicating. Everything you need is there and the house has a great homey feel. The only comment I have is that it seemed like there had not had a walkthrough in a while by a cleaner. I walked through some cobwebs while touring the building upon my arrival. There was also a vacuum left out.

Great spot, cool basement room

This location was as advertised, plenty of room for multiple family. Kitchen well stocked with new properly working appliances. great views off the balcony and living room. Down stair mancave/hang out room really cool and great to break up the family a little so everyone isn't on top of each other. Two things to be aware of: Google maps doesn't take you to the right spot so get directions from the host. Down stairs bedroom with bunk beds definitely only suitable for children not adults. Overall great place to stay

Plenty of room

We recently stayed at this large house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room and the pool table in the basement was a huge hit. There are 4 levels however so be prepared to be climbing a lot of stairs. Also, have to climb up quite a few stairs just to get in which is a bit of a hassle. We had a few minor issues that Rick handled for us and he was very responsive to questions. Our biggest criticism is the fact that the AC is only located on the main level with the kitchen so the bedrooms are not air conditioned and can get a bit stuffy. There are fans but it’s just not the same.

This house is worth it!!!

We only have positive things to say about his house. This house was perfect for my family. Spacious- all bedrooms are very nice size and fit enough people. Clean-We received the house spotless, and all the linen was fresh. Service- The owner, Rick, was always available! Location- FANTASTIC, beautiful views!! I would definitely come again, and I highly recommend this house!!!!

Family getaway

We enjoyed Our stay immensely! My parents stayed in the master suite while my husband and I stayed on the same level with our kids. There were 3 bedrooms with king size beds , a bunk room and a double/queen room. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. The condo was very well appointed. The owner was very responsive and what a wonderful addition to have a pool membership! Our favorite memories were made in the basement playing pool and board games. So much fun with a jukebox and karaoke! Thank you for opening your beautiful condo to us!
