Welcome to our cozy Park Circle bungalow, a warm, comfortable home base for exploring Charleston. Enjoy slow mornings on the screened porch with coffee, nearby restaurants and breweries, then come home to a relaxed space ideal for families, couples, and weekend getaways.

Our classic bungalow is just 25 minutes from downtown Charleston and area beaches, with thoughtful touches for an easy stay.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, twin bed, and trundle, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate living room with the home’s smart TV for winding down after a day out. The screened back porch is perfect for morning coffee, casual dinners, or a quiet evening outside.

Thoughtful extras include bikes, games, and a cozy backyard fire pit, plus family-friendly items like a pack ’n play, travel high chair, and bottle warmer.

We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Check-in is easy and self-guided, and while we give guests their space, we’re always just a message away if anything comes up.

It’s a great place. It had what you needed and easy to walk or bike into town. A few things it could use, is a welcome packet that let you know the Wi-Fi code, bike lock code and maybe just a little bit of water in the fridge just so that when you arrive late you have something to drink. It was really a great stay!!! Great location to walk to cafe restaurants ect

North Charleston cottage

Close to all the action of Park Circle, this is a great place to stay. The shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The accommodations are comfortable with a great screened in porch and backyard fire pit. Overall, a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LaToya's house, especially the back porch! Park Circle is an awesome area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. LaToya was very responsive and the neighbors are super friendly.

Cozy Stay in Charleston

We loved staying at this property which was less than a mile from the Admirals House where we attended a wedding over our weekend there. Its a cozy little house, we enjoyed being able to make own breakfasts with the full kitchen and we definitely made use of the amenities, including the bikes and fire pit. Ordered out from Evo Pizza nearby one night and it was amazing. Would 100% stay again on a return trip to Charleston as well as rdcommend to anyone else looking to stay.

This property was exactly as listed and fit all our needs! The listing title is true---the porch is the seller. It was great for morning coffee, reading, and convos. The location was close to downtown Charleston and all the beaches! The kitchen was better stocked than we had anticipated as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

First time to Charleston

My best friend and I have taken a spring break trip together every year for the past 10 years. Some years we go small and some we go big. We have always wanted to see the beauty and charm of such a historic city. Charleston did not disappoint! Our little house in Park Circle was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was so cute and gave us easy access to everything we needed/wanted. We would definitely stay here again. The restaurants were tasty and the people were so kind. It was a really great experience!
