perfect location to easily get back & forth to Riverfront Park for the weekend High Water Music Festival & revisiting Charleston! Condo was clean & roomy, all seem to be recently updated, bathrooms great, comfortable beds were perfect, tv/wifi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, gated community which is well appreciated since area seems to be going through some rebranding/gentrification. owner was accessible when needed & provided easy directions & access & follow-up.

This is a great condo! It was very clean, spacious, and in a beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by trees with little ponds by the entry. The owners were very quick to respond and check in was quick and easy. It was near the airport which was convenient. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

The property was clean and close to everything! For a party of 2 adults, 1 12 yr old, a 6 yr old, and a 3 yr old, it was perfect! 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, and front entertainment room. Less than 5-10 minutes for food, gas, grocery, and spirits. 45 minutes to the beach (Folly), or less to other destinations.

I am a local Real Estate agent and when selecting property for short term rentals looked at properties in areas which I would enjoy staying in if I was traveling. Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good location. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
