This condo is less than a mile from local shopping and dining options and just a few short miles from area attractions including the Marco Island Historical Museum and the Rookery at Marco.
This sun-kissed vacation rental is dominated by a wall of windows with breathtaking beach and Gulf views. Craft your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and then gather for mealtimes in the dining area where you'll also find a convenient wine fridge. After relaxing days on the beach or exciting adventures on the barrier island, come home to celebrate your day with a cocktail out on your wraparound balcony and then sink into the sofa in your living area and stream your favorite channels into the evening.
Additional features and amenities include a shared picnic area, gas grills, dock, outdoor Ping-Pong table, putting green, and shuffleboard.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must register with HOA office on arrival and pay a registration fee based on length of stay.
Documentation for Service Animals must be submitted to the HOA directly upon arrival.
One of the king beds can be converted into two twins.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Dock details: Boat docks: 239-394-7156
Trailers are not permitted. We strongly recommend that such owners make their own arrangements for storage prior to their arrival. There are storage areas on Marco Island, Rt. 951, and on Route 41.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
