Welcome to 25 Quelah Lane, a luxury home in the heart of Sunriver. This home has a perfect location - quiet and secluded but only a ten minute walk to Fort Rock Park which has a large playground, basketball and tennis courts and soccer and ball fields. 25 Quelah sits on one of the largest lots in Sunriver. The expansive side yard is grassed and provides a perfect place for adults and children to play and relax. The large deck with outdoor eating area and gas grill looks out over your grassed side yard. Bike paths are located just around the corner so you have easy access to all the resort has to offer. 8 bikes are available for your use so have fun exploring at your own risk all Sunriver has to offer: 2 golf courses, horseback riding on National Forest Trails, a Nature Center, Observatory for watching the night sky, tennis courts, hiking trails and 33 miles of paved paths for walking, biking or running.

The wall of windows in the living room and dining room plus skylights bring the outdoors inside creating a light, relaxed environment to let you to see the sun rise, experience the scenery or watch the abundant wildlife. Sunlight and natural light are everywhere!
There are 4 bedrooms: the master with king bed and expansive bath on the main level, 1 bedroom with queen bed and private bath, plus 1 bedroom with queen and bath on the lower level. The large children’s bedroom/playroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen convertible couch so 6 children can sleep and play in their own space.

Amenities include a hot tub, cable and WiFi.

You are a 10 minute walk to the new SHARC facility. Indoor and outdoor pools, lap swimming, challenge water crossing course, tot pool with adjoining sand play area, patio water bubblers, two water slides, lazy river water feature, hot tubs, complete indoor gym and outdoor natural playground for the kids. 8 SHARC passes are included for your use.

We loved our family stay! We met as a group from Oregon, California and Washington and there was plenty of rooms and bikes for everyone, my 6 year old even learned how to ride a 2 wheeler on this trip!

The check in was easy, they have great communication if you send a message they get right back to you. The kitchen is big enough for a good bunch of family, I will say if it where my place I would move some of the items in cupboards and drawers around but if you look you find most everything you need. I would take some small storage containers with next time and large zip lock bags.The bedrooms are comfortable and we loved all the bathrooms! The deck is great and we enjoyed the yard very much! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Nice place.However, the beds are not comfortable, everyone complaint about sleeping and their beds. Also, get charged full fees to check in at 5 pm and have to check out at 10am, doesn't give you enough time to be able to relax with your family and have breakfast because you have to be out so early. You also can check in until 5pm and makes it very difficult for dinner.

What an amazing and relaxing vacation

We just got back from Sunriver, and all of us are ready to go back. The house was central to all of Sunriver’s parks, trails, shops, and the marina. We took full advantage of all the bikes to explore the shops and brew pubs. Overall, we had such a great time at the house. It was very clean and very well maintained. We look forward to staying at the house again in the future.

New Years in Sunriver

We had a great time in Sunriver. The property was in an ideal location close to the SHARC, village and recycling center. We were already talking about a potential summer time visit. Only thing that could have made it better is if Mother Nature had delivered with snow on Mt. Bachelor.

Our group of nine had a wonderful stay. The house worked out perfectly for our group. It was close to the village and Lodge. The setup of the house was good with the right number of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking dinner, eating it and playing games afterward. My teenage granddaughters liked the space available in the kids room.Maybe consider a new mattress in the downstairs bedroom.

Excellent place for return trip to Sunriver

After nearly two decades vacationing in Sunriver, we decided to try a new area. The property was excellent: comfortable, plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The large deck, with nice lounge chairs, was a real plus for outside. We've usually stayed closer to the Village area, so evening access by bike was an adjustment but late sunset didn't make that much of an issue. Communication with our host was excellent, both in the leadup and for flexibility in check-in. Definitely recommended this spot for a lovely Sunriver experience.
