Welcome to 25 Quelah Lane, a luxury home in the heart of Sunriver. This home has a perfect location - quiet and secluded but only a ten minute walk to Fort Rock Park which has a large playground, basketball and tennis courts and soccer and ball fields. 25 Quelah sits on one of the largest lots in Sunriver. The expansive side yard is grassed and provides a perfect place for adults and children to play and relax. The large deck with outdoor eating area and gas grill looks out over your grassed side yard. Bike paths are located just around the corner so you have easy access to all the resort has to offer. 8 bikes are available for your use so have fun exploring at your own risk all Sunriver has to offer: 2 golf courses, horseback riding on National Forest Trails, a Nature Center, Observatory for watching the night sky, tennis courts, hiking trails and 33 miles of paved paths for walking, biking or running.

The wall of windows in the living room and dining room plus skylights bring the outdoors inside creating a light, relaxed environment to let you to see the sun rise, experience the scenery or watch the abundant wildlife. Sunlight and natural light are everywhere!
There are 4 bedrooms: the master with king bed and expansive bath on the main level, 1 bedroom with queen bed and private bath, plus 1 bedroom with queen and bath on the lower level. The large children’s bedroom/playroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen convertible couch so 6 children can sleep and play in their own space.

Amenities include a hot tub, cable and WiFi.

You are a 10 minute walk to the new SHARC facility. Indoor and outdoor pools, lap swimming, challenge water crossing course, tot pool with adjoining sand play area, patio water bubblers, two water slides, lazy river water feature, hot tubs, complete indoor gym and outdoor natural playground for the kids. 8 SHARC passes are included for your use.

Ski Holiday

Our group of nine had a wonderful stay. The house worked out perfectly for our group. It was close to the village and Lodge. The setup of the house was good with the right number of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking dinner, eating it and playing games afterward. My teenage granddaughters liked the space available in the kids room.Maybe consider a new mattress in the downstairs bedroom.

What an amazing home! Great location… can ride bikes or walk easily to The SHARC, Village, Lodge!! Very clean home and great deck overlooking beautiful green yard! Will accommodate many people easily! Owners are attentive and respond rapidly! 10+++!

Great location

But…10 am check out and 5 pm check in, with unit not ready until 5:45. They were kind enough to allow us to put fridge items in early and enter upstairs at 5:15. But this was a difficult time to check in with toddlers. More intensive check out includes running two loads of towels and running items to recycling center. Very well stocked but needs a bit reorganizing to kitchen. However, kid items, large rooms, bikes, 🚲 location and availability of cleaning, cooking items make up. Would be excellent overall if not for late check in early check out. For adults only I imagine would not be an issue.

Amazing home to experience Sunriver magic

House is perfectly located between the village/sharc/marina and everything sunriver has to offer. We traveled with another family and kids were ages 3-9, and the house was perfectly set up for two families to share. With the location, the kids were able to bike everywhere. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need, plenty of bikes, games, kitchen gear. Hot tub setup was great and we could watch the kids from the deck. We especially appreciated the blackout blinds in every room for the long summer days and late sunsets. The owners responded to texts within minutes, and were super accommodating with an early arrival, and using sharc passes on our day of departure. Would definitely recommend for families wanting to experience the sunriver magic.

What an amazing and relaxing vacation

We just got back from Sunriver, and all of us are ready to go back. The house was central to all of Sunriver’s parks, trails, shops, and the marina. We took full advantage of all the bikes to explore the shops and brew pubs. Overall, we had such a great time at the house. It was very clean and very well maintained. We look forward to staying at the house again in the future.

We had a great time at this house. We have stayed a many Sunriver rentals over the years and this one is definately one or our favorites. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed. It has nice comfortable chairs in the living area space. There is a nice big table for everyone to have dinner together and play games. We loved the being able to unload through the garage. It has a nice big yard. Hot tub was great. The house was very clean. We hope to come back to this house.

Excellent place for return trip to Sunriver

After nearly two decades vacationing in Sunriver, we decided to try a new area. The property was excellent: comfortable, plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The large deck, with nice lounge chairs, was a real plus for outside. We've usually stayed closer to the Village area, so evening access by bike was an adjustment but late sunset didn't make that much of an issue. Communication with our host was excellent, both in the leadup and for flexibility in check-in. Definitely recommended this spot for a lovely Sunriver experience.

Very Organized property, had everything we needed. Soft green grass, was great for outdoor activities. Comfortable living room for gathering in evening. Everything worked great! Wish could have stayed an extra day or two.

Beautiful yard

This property was exactly as described. The house easily accommodated 9 people. It was well stocked and maintained. Although it was only used once, the hot tub was large. The children really enjoyed the large yard for soccer, cornhole and bocce. We were close to the nature center, marina and stables. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much and communication with the hosts was easy.

Very nice experience!

The owners were communicative and helpful. The house was well stocked (compared to my experiences in other rentals). The accommodations were comfortable. We commented to each other multiple times what a nice house it was. Our only suggestion would be less bulky living room furniture so that more sofas/comfortable chairs could fit. The house sleeps 10, but the living room seats 6/7 people. We plan to rent this home again!

Awesome home for 8

Better even than it looks! Best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed at. A ton of games and puzzles. Enjoyed the large hot tub. Super comfortable for 2 families of 4. We brought our own AppleTV so had music etc. but big TV for family movies. 25 min walk on the hike/bike paths to the village. Seriously this place had everything we could have wanted but bring your own toiletries as those were a bit sparse. Definitely hope to stay here next time we’re in Sunriver.

Wonderful stay

Our group of 7 (two kids, five adults) stayed here for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The location of the house is close to the village and SHARC. The neighborhood is just off the bike path and super quiet. We brought our own bikes but the house had plenty of bikes to use. The yard is huge and my kids had a blast running around with the kids staying at a house across the street. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We had such a fabulous time and there was so much to do for our 16-year old, young adult kids, and older folks! There were plenty of bikes to choose from - it was just perfect riding them to the village, basketball courts, and SHARC. When the SHARC closed temporarily due to lightning we just biked back to the beautiful, comfy house and called to see if it was back open at the designated time, then rode back to enjoy more water slides, pool basketball, and lazy river time! The hosts were so kind and responsive - such wonderful people! Thank you so much - we hope to stay there again and again!

Family reunion

Great property, met all our needs. Great deck and grass lawn area. Two great games of kickball were enjoyed by the children while parents could watch from the deck! Water park and hiking was enjoyed. We had everything we needed for cooking too! Great, great property!

Great family getaway

My siblings and I each rented a home in Sunriver within walking distance of each other and had a family reunion. Our home was so spacious, we had 8 of us from 15 all the way to 62. There was plenty of room and the house was perfect.
