Beautiful home, pool/hottub outdoor area was fabulous! One thing I wish it had was a bathroom by the pool area, but not a deal breaker. Rooms were spacious! Quiet area. We where down here for our daughters wedding, so it accommodated our needs would stay again!

The set up in this home was perfect for couples. Each bedroom had a private bath and the common area was set up perfectly for entertaining. The pool was a little too warm, but it was the middle of July! Highly recommend!

This property was excellent for the adult outing we had planned. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was extremely accommodating. The outdoor pool, hot tub and entertainment area provided an experience that was more than relaxing…..an ideal use of the space. Additionally, the putting green was an added bonus and provided extra entertainment. The property owner was readily available and responded expeditiously to all my concerns. Overall, our stay couldn’t have been better!

This marks the second year renting this property for our annual golf trip. The house provides a clean comfortable home away from home atmosphere. The location is ideal with convenient access to many restaurants and a short walk or drive to the beach. The owner has been very responsive to questions or concerns before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

The house was beautiful with large TV in living room. Great for watching movies and playing games with the family. The bedrooms were spacious and each had a bathroom connected. The beds were very comfortable and each couple had their own space. The kitchen is huge with lots of space for cooking. Our kids are older, so we had 6 adults and it was perfect. We spent most of the time by the pool and hot tub watching movies and relaxing. This was a wonderful space to hang out. There is a train track close by along with an airport, but it really didn't bother us at all. Most of the trains are very quick and we live by trains at home. We just drove to the beach and only went one day. We had a couple small issues and they were resolved immediately! House and Host were great! We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing!!! I booked the house instead of staying in a casino hotel for a conference. My wife and I loved the place. It had everything we needed including a fabulous pool, hot tub and to top it off a putting green. We grilled out every night and the house had everything we needed to enjoy great meals without having to go sit in restaurants. It was 4 bedrooms but we only used the master and the king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a very nice and large walk in shower. We felt at home. We will definitely look at renting this place again. James, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. I texted him a couple of times and he answered back with in minutes. This place is AAAA

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The home was very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels and supplies and other amenities and it was in a great location. The putting green was an added plus which was also enjoyed by the golfers in our group. We had a couple of minor issues, but the host was easy to reach, very responsive and immediately took care of the minor problem. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Family outing to the beach

My 3 children and 3 grandchildren took a weekend trip to the beach. Our stay at this home was so relaxing, very roomy, very clean, we cooked to avoid crowds in restaurants, swam in the pool. Would highly recommend this place to families want to spend time together

We love traveling and great food/bars! We absolutely love our gulf coast and all of the wonderful options in all of the different cities close to each other and the beautiful waterfront sunsets! We love providing an amazing experience for guests

Why they chose this property

Burton is a great little cul-de-sac area just off of 2nd Street, which is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are historic homes near this area that have been renovated and many new construction homes. It is a very quiet area where you'll see many retirees walking their dogs or going for a walk/jog when the weather allows when you're driving up and down 2nd.

What makes this property unique

This property has all of the New Orleans style flair but only a block from the beach. It is a very short drive to downtown (no more than 5 minutes) and also very close to Biloxi as well. The very high end finishes and en-suite bathrooms make for a luxurious experience with all the privacy you're looking for. The large porches are perfect for enjoying coastal breezes and quiet time. There is also an 80's style arcade area downstairs with Ms Packman game and Pop-a-shot basketball toss.
