Bring the family to this renovated vacation villa at The Dunes on S. Forest Beach, Hilton Head's best location. Across the street from the beach. Close to Shopping, restaurants, and Sea Pines Resort! It has a comfortable floor plan; fully stocked kitchen for cooking with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and large coastal tiling throughout. It features a king bed in the master, Full over Full bunkbed with single trundle in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a leather recliner sofa and 2 comfortable side chairs. It has room 6 people and is located on the first floor of the resort. No need to climb any steps. You will be happy you booked this villa.

The Dunes is a quiet community on S. Forest Beach Drive and has nice amenities with well-maintained grounds and a large pool with plenty of seating at the pool.,

This is a first-floor villa with no steps to climb and an easy walk on the beach path or bike ride to the beach. Shopping and restaurants of Coligny nearby. Centrally located on the desired south end of the island with everything Hilton Head has to offer close by!



Hilton Head is a bike riding community with over 50 miles of bike paths. HHI is also know for its golf courses, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts.



Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.



Gym is not available on the property.

Other Things to Note:

No parking fees at Dunes.  We issue 2 parking passes left at the villa. Parking is assigned and any 2nd car must park at the pool.  It is the tenant's responsiblity to put the parking passes back in the villa before you leave or a $100 fee will be charged if not left there. 



Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.



Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
