The villa is fully furnished and remodeled with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.

Fully furnished third floor (top) corner unit has everything you’ll need including: stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, community pool, new beds and living room furniture, and an outdoor patio area for relaxing and catching some sun.

Master bedroom has king size bed and dedicated work space . The secondary bedroom has queen size bed. Flat screen smart TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms.

Courtyard - grills and picnic tables - free parking - private pool for registered guests - coin operated washer dryers for guests use - free wifi - smart TV's - full cable package - walkways to beach - bike trails.

Great Location

Very clean, amenities were everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenient location to Coligny Plaza. We could walk to everything, even the beach. Pool was wonderful, it was very quiet at night . We would definitely stay here again.

3rd floor walk up not for 80 yr. Olds...

Steps were in bad shape , rusted and peeling wood...wife not crazy about heights and has neuropathy kso no elevator and walking up steps did not help, esp. When they are outside...wish we knew.. ..condo in good shape...

Amazing unit & location

This condo was beautiful & practical and in the best location! Walk to the beach in 5 mins and to Coligny Plaza in 2 mins. Shop for groceries at Piggly Wiggly. The furniture was really nice and all the beachy decorations were lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. There's a closet with beach chairs etc. At the back of the parking lot are bike racks if you rent bikes. (You don't really have to as you can walk everywhere but we did one day for fun, at Pedals.) We didn't try the pool as it had just opened and felt cold, but it looked nice. Only one bathroom so if you have people who take long in there maybe it's not for you, but otherwise, it's the best!

In addition Celebration Park is now OPEN includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley runs along South and North Forest Beach to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach. Park your car on arrival and you're within a 5 minute walk of everything you'll need for the perfect vacation.
