About this property

Something for everyone! Walk to beach/restaurant/parks/ shopping/entertainment

A unique property with character inside & out. Former owner loved building things. Stone/concrete were his favorite medium. We have embraced the charm & have tried to highlight some of his work. Completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. New flooring and fixtures and bathroom. WIFI, Air conditioning, heating, basic television provided in smart TV, there is a sun room, Partially new decking. Full kitchen. Carport with dinning table & chairs. Eco friendly linens provided (turkish cotton towels & bamboo pillow & matress protectors) Blackout curtains in most rooms for a good night sleep. Located near the Nags Head Pier, the YMCA, two parks and an abundance of shopping & restaurants. The beach is within walking distance but there are also 2 beach accesses a short distance away, one even has a public bath house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

If you don't do any of the above that would be fine. Original we offered free cleaning even though we pay a cleaning company however we had guest who exceeded normal cleaning & we had to pay extra.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. There will be a $500 fee for anyone smoking/vaping anywhere on the property this includes on decks,

We had a great stay and enjoyed this home very much! We were just there for the weekend to see a Friday night showing of The Lost Colony and everyone agreed that we should stay there for a longer visit. The host Michelle gave clear check in/out info and was responsive to questions. The beach access was easy to find, lots of shops nearby plus puzzles and games at the house so lots of options for our Saturday activities!

We really enjoyed staying at Michele’s place! It was a relaxing oasis for us and it was great to be able to walk to the beach and experience July 4 in Nags Head. Her place has everything we needed and more.

A perfect beach retreat. Close to everything you’d want to do in OBX, but set back from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed and decorated, host responded quickly to questions. Top notch experience

Excellent property in a wonderful area.
