Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 bath beach box style private home. Includes 2 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8. Extremely quiet, residential neighborhood come and enjoy the life of an OBXer. All new and completely renovated. Outside shower, BBQ propane grill, fenced yard, pet friendly. One street away from Bay Drive within walking distance of the Sound and the beach.

Weekend and Partial week rentals are available during the off season starting at $400 for a minimum of 2 nights (Last week of September - week before Easter). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. Please message me for a quote.

We very much enjoyed our third stay in this well-equipped, clean and comfy beach cottage! It’s perfect for our pets too and we really appreciate the fenced in yard. Communication with Jen was, as always, prompt and the one issue we had was resolved within an hour. It’s our favorite spot in the OBX and we’ll definitely be back! See you next summer!

Everything we needed was there. The house was clean and inviting. The host answered any questions I had almost immediately. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. There was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks with trailers and 4 motorcycles. If we go again, we will try to get this same house.

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. The house is a few minutes away from food, gas, stores, and most importantly the beach. The neighbors and neighborhood seemed nice. Not many people out and about, but when we walked around the few people we saw said hello. Just in general we felt safe and relaxed. Its exactly what we needed.

Nice, cozy place!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place. Was clean and comfy! A short walk away from the waterfront and a short drive to the shops ans restaurants. Had a great time and my dog loved it too!

This was our vacation home on the Outer Banks before we permanently located to Kitty Hawk. It is close to all amenities and attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer but peaceful and tranquil so you can enjoy your vacation.

The unique location gives you safety and peace of mind. Quiet residential area with a scenic walking area all up and down the between soundfront. A Gazebo is jointly owned by the community for your pleasure. There is a community boat ramp to launch in the neighborhood.
