Beyond expectations

We have stayed at 3 of Rorrys properties and this by far was my favorite! Everything was perfect and worked well for our 7 day stay. We’ve already booked another one of there rentals for December!

Adorable house in a great location.

Great house! We stayed for a family event. Our dog enjoyed the great backyard and walks in the neighborhood. Lots of amenities and charm that made it super easy to want to stay again.

GREAT accommodation for Family/Pets

Ample room for family and GREAT yard for dogs. Accommodations are very comfortable. Property was CLEAN. GREAT location for restaurants and grocery store. A 30 minute ride to FSU with normal traffic. Will book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Tallahassee property! The whole experience was easy, clean, and incredibly convenient — it truly exceeded my expectations.One thing that really stood out (and might seem small, but was such a big deal for us) was the attention to detail: having TVs in every bedroom was a nice touch, but especially having small garbage cans in each room. We stay in several rentals throughout the year, and our #1 complaint is always having to scramble for shopping bags to use for trash in the bedrooms. It was such a delight to see this simple but thoughtful detail already taken care of here!We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay in Tallahassee.

Everything as pictured

No complaints on this 2 night stay. The host was accessible via text and we experienced no issues. My only callout for the property management group is that a lot could be done in the backyard to make this a social area. For example, There are patio chairs -but no tables. And, some weeding/debris cleanup and some fun lighting (and a grill!) would make a big difference and make that space more usable. Still rating 5 stars as we had what we needed and enjoyed our short stay.
