Great location and all the neighbors seemed very friendly. Had all the needed touches and essentials to make our stay a good one. The lower unit was not occupied for the most part while we were there. Great recommendations for the local area.We had two SUV s and the parking area had ample room for both.Would highly recommend renting, great for a couple looking to get away and relax

Great Experience, Great Property Manager

My situation in coming was last minute with an unknown length of stay. The property manager was VERY communicative. The property was exactly as advertised and in a very convenient location.

Decent apartment, seemed like all the basic needs were here, small balcony facing street but it was too cold out to enjoy it

It was a very cute unit close to everything. It was advertised as a 1 bathroom but it only had one full bath. The shower liner was dirty and there was some rust on the finish of the bottom of the tub. The microwave had rust on the inside. These are all easy fixes. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. We really enjoyed using the beach chairs so that appreciated!
