Close to beach

Stayed to be close to 91 year dad who was at Mayo Clinic and Brooks Rehab for 5 weeks. Also pet friendly. Host did an excellent job on communication. And was willing to help in anyway!

Great Condo by The Beach!!

We had a long stay in the Jacksonville, FL area (Mayo clinic) and "the beach condo" was perfect for us and our pup Max. Long walks on the beach every afternoon was so therapeutic and a welcome end to our day. The condo was as described - relatively newly renovated, fresh towels, new washer/dryer, nice little outside back porch which we didn't use since it was chilly but nice to have. Having space to spread out was super nice. Great host who answered any question within the hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but still have access to stores/restaurants & of course, the beach!

100% Recommended!

This place was exactly as described, but turned out to be even better. Host Danijela was always quick to respond and her parents... I can't say enough nice things about them! My Dad thought that the lighting wasn't great for reading. There was a beautiful lamp in place 2 days later. My dad and I stayed 39 days and during that time, more cookware/utensils were brought in for homebodies like us. This is a fantastic property for long term rental.
