- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house. Please use the deck or patio.

- ONLY the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay -no more than 8 people per reservation.

- Family and friends are welcome to visit although no parties or events are allowed in the property and no guests beyond 10 pm.

- Loud noise/gatherings outside the property -including deck, are restricted after 10pm. Help us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.

- Please don't park in front of our neighbors houses, while street parking is open, we try to be respectful of their convenience as they graciously support us sharing our home with you.
