Experience refined coastal living in this stunning four-bedroom, two-story luxury condominium located within the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla Resort, just 100 meters from the beach.

Each of the four spacious bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. The bedding configuration includes one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

The condo is fully equipped with high-end kitchen appliances and designed with an elegant open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outdoor living is elevated with a private terrace on the lower level featuring a barbecue area, as well as a balcony on the top floor to enjoy tropical breezes and serene surroundings.

Guests have access to a shared community swimming pool, and may also enjoy the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club for $5 per person per day.

To ensure a carefree stay, the unit includes daily housekeeping services from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A dedicated concierge service is available to assist with airport transfers, transportation, rental cars, golf carts, excursions, and personalized activities throughout your stay.

Super clean, modern, with great access to a swimming pool and beaches. Can walk to the beach or JW Marriot as well as short golf cart ride to the beach club. Excellent WiFi for work and streaming. Love this place and can’t wait to head back next year!

Outstanding

The property was pristine. Rental included daily cleaning service with remarkable staff. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and linens were of great quality. Hacienda Pinilla has world class beaches on the property and this rental also included access to the beach club for a minimal fee which could be credited for food or drinks. We have stayed in multiple residences in Hacienda Pinilla, but this was by far the best!

Lovely little spot

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The property manager is quick to respond and the housekeeper kept the place very tidy. Loved the location. Furnishings are comfortable and modern.

Amazing villa with great amenities I recently stayed at this villa with my family and we had an absolutely amazing time. The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa were simply stunning and we loved spending our days swimming in the pool, sunbathing, and cooking delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and external BBQ. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in Costa Rica. Here are some of the things we loved about the villa: The spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms The large pool The stunning views of the surroundings (Monkeys, deers, bids) The Forest protection area The well-equipped kitchen THe Golf Course The close proximity to all the main attractions We would definitely stay at this villa again and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in Costa Rica.
