Marlin Madness BB909 is a delightful 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home in Banyan Beach that is sure to please! Step out into the spacious patio with a private pool; hot tub and outdoor grilling. You will also be able to enjoy meals from home in the phenomenal kitchen. The relaxing living room, well-appointed dining room, half bath, and fabulous kitchen, all on the second floor, are included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. The elevator is accessible though the exterior garage door, at the ground floor. To heat the pool and hot tub it is an additional charge of $100.00 + tax per day for the duration of your stay. Call our office to request the service prior to your arrival. Boats and trailers are not allowed in this subdivision. Sorry, no pets allowed.

- Access from the garage to the inside of the house is by elevator only. There is a separate front door entrance.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
