It boasts five lavish bedrooms, featuring two exquisite master bedrooms—one of which two separate showers, and another with its own private bathroom. A capacious living area and grand dining space cater superbly for hosting and watch the Ocean. The property extends its splendor outdoors with a tennis court (shared with 4 other neighboring properties), sparkling pool. Perfect for sizeable gatherings, it offers a Texas stay that's truly unforgettable.



The Space:

Residing in the heart of Corpus Christi's coveted Ocean Drive, this palatial estate epitomizes grandeur and sophistication. With five sumptuous bedrooms, including two majestic master suites—one equipped with two separate showers, and the other embracing its own private bathroom—this property is the embodiment of elegance and comfort. The expansive living quarters and a grand dining hall where you can watch the Ocean to make it an ideal locale for memorable social gatherings. The estate's allure extends to the outdoors, featuring a tennis court (shared with 4 other neighboring properties), a glimmering pool. Perfectly suited for large-scale events, this estate offers an immersive Texas experience that is genuinely unforgettable.



Please note, we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!



While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.



1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.



2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.



3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.



4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.



5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



6. POOL / HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.



Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.



7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.



8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION

The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.



9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.



10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.

We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival. We're only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
