5 star communication
My family (kids and spouse) stayed the week before Christmas. The owner communicated through the whole process including instructions and reminders for checkout. There was an issue (water)the day before checkin and the owner immediately notified us and offered assistance with finding a new place. It all worked out and the issue was resolved prior to check in. The cabin is cozy and comfortably sleeps 2 couples with room for a kiddo on the couch. I could not have been happier with our cabin.

Wonderful place
Was a very nice place to stay. Had trouble getting the wood burning stove to light, so it cooled off a bit but over all was a great stay. Erik and Jenn are great to work with. Thanks.

Originally from Illinois and Michigan, we have been coming to Red River since 1996 and finally decided to make the move full-time in 2022. We decided rent this property because we wanted to share the beauty of the Upper Valley with people who don't get to live here year round. We are travelers by nature and have stepped on the soil of many places around the globe over the past 25 years. We love staying in cool spaces wherever we go and think this cabin is right up our alley. Travel/Hospitality is in our blood and we want to make your vacation perfect as so many have done for us before!

Why they chose this property

The Upper Valley has always been our favorite spot in the area for the immense beauty and easily accessible hiking trails. Being up here gives us so many chances to enjoy nature and all of it's wonders. From bear sightings to elk bugling, you never know what to expect.

What makes this property unique

This is a classic A-frame with modern touches to enhance the natural beauty. The views are some of the best around and it sits on .75 of an acre allowing for plenty of peace and privacy.
