The A frame is located in the hill country about 10-15 mins outside of new braunfels. House was nice and clean and had plenty of room/privacy for our group of 6 adults. Upstairs had a loft sitting area (with daybed) and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and its own bathroom (tub/shower). Downstairs was a kitchen with coffee, tea etc, laundry, living room and dining room. Bedrooms downstairs were 1 king bedroom with attached bathroom (shower), and 1 queen bedroom with detached bathroom (tub/shower) all were very comfortable with cute linens and plenty of towels. The front of the house has huge beautiful windows to look out the front, a patio with mounted fans, hammock, and a firepit with seating. Its a bit out in nature and had some nice areas for a short walk and explore. Checkout list was quick and easy.It was a great home base for us to show some friends that area of texas!
