Awful
This is my fourth time staying in a VRBO rental. I typically stay from 5 to 6 weeks. This is the first time that I was ever actually physically uncomfortable.
Upon arrival the unit required a thorough cleaning. My initial review, in an attempt to be generous and optimistic, I rated cleanliness a 3. However after more time here, the level of unclean became more apparent.
There was old food left in the refrigerator. Originally I thought the floors were clean, but several days later when I went to touch them up , I realized they were actually so dirty they were a different color when clean. When my grandchildren visited, they pulled out from underneath the couch an old medicine container with some vile stuff inside of it. I have no idea what it was . Fortunately they gave it to me before they opened it
I am also surprised at the level of disrepair. We had a plumbing issue which was repaired in a timely fashion. I then asked the management to come and fix the garbage disposal. It would not work. Every time I would run the dishwasher, water would come up through the sink. We have yet to receive a reply. Finally my son visited and was able to fix it. It was really starting to smell. The beds have to be 50 years old. One was so soft we would roll to the center, the other was so hard I woke up and horrible pain. I ended up buying a raised air Bed and slept on that the entire five weeks. There is a lot more but I am running out of space. I also took lots of pictures.
