This cozy abode is the perfect home-away-from-home in beautiful Deer Valley of Park City, Utah. A winter wonderland for the ski enthusiast, a culinary excursion for the food connoisseur and a summer refuge for the adventurer.

ACCOMMODATIONS │ This home offers upgraded finishes and furnishings throughout, with both luxury and mountain comfort in mind. The entry level houses three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, washer and dryer and a private deck with six-person hot tub. The upper level includes an open kitchen – dining – great room layout ideal for family gatherings and entertaining with magnificent views of Deer Valley and Park City. An open loft overlooking the Great Room is the perfect retreat for a good read, cocktails with friends or game night with the family.

LOCATION │ The Ridgepoint town home community is perched just above 8,000 feet in beautiful Silver Lake adjacent to Deer Valley Resort… known for its luxurious amenities such as ski valets, groomed-to-perfection slopes and gourmet dining in three elegant day lodges. Just a few of the reasons why Deer Valley Resort has been consistently ranked #1 (5 of the past 7 years) by the readers of SKI Magazine. We're just a quarter-mile from Silver Lake Village... an Alpine community surrounding Deer Valley's mid-mountain Ski Lodge (lift tickts, rental, and free overnight storage). The Village is home to many of Park City's finest restaurants including Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe, Cena and Goldener Hirsch. After a great day on the slopes don't miss out on Apres Ski at the Goldner Hirsch or a soothing afternoon treatment at the Spa at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Silver Lake offers a variety of shopping and ski related services as well. Historic Old Town, Park City is less than 3.5 miles away. An easy 5-minute drive or shuttle down to Main Street is a must... lined with quaint gift and clothing boutiques, art galleries, entertainment venues and over 50 restaurants sure to please every palate.

SKI-OUT / SKI-WALK IN │ The Ridgepointe location allows "ski-out / ski-walk in" access to Deer Valley slopes. A residential access trail just steps from the front door leads to the Last Chance and Success ski runs (down to Snow Park Lodge). Return home by way of the Homestake Chair to the Silver Link Trail. From there, the return trip does require that you download and walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive. From there, you put your skis back on and traverse back to the private access trail. Please note that this may be challenging for less experienced skiers.

We had an excellent time during our stay. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub which were resolved very quickly. The communication was excellent. The ski out access is very convenient. We did not utilize the ski/walk in access as we had smaller children and were uncertain about the distance. The drive down to the base and parking was just as easy. Would recommend again. The space in the unit is fantastic and the kitchen is well stocked.

Place was awesome, the bedrooms are tight but the kitchen and upstairs living area is very nice. The grill was nice (not some cheap rental grill). Private hot tub was key! This place is definitely ski out. Ski in can be tough. follow the instructions in the other comments.

Ridgepoint Drive

The condo was perfect for our family. The property manager addressed our heating concern promptly. The kitchen was well stocked but they could use some larger wine glasses! The bedrooms are on the small side and a bit dated. All in all, we had a great week.

Amazing house!

We loved our time at this property. We had 5 people and everything we needed. The house was stocked with all the necessary items in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and beds were comfy. The ski out was super easy and the ski / walk back in was exactly as described. We missed the turn back to the house the first day but once we figured it out it was very easy. It was also nice having an access code to the door so we didn’t have to worry about a key and the family could come and go.

Ski Vacation

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. We were a party of 4 dudes in our 40s and each had our own bed which was very comfortable. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking including several coffee maker machines with filters, etc. The living room areas were very spacious cozy. The ski in and ski out trails were easy to figure out and very convenient. It was also just a 10-15 minute walk to the Auberge resort where we had dinner one night. Ubers were also easy to use for getting to and from Park City Mainstreet. The hosts were very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. This property was a 10/10 and will definitely be booking again next ski season!

Great ski-in ski-out mid-mountain

Beautiful 3-bedroom condo (loft could really be a 4th bedroom or study!). Record snowfall when we were there made the way back from the slopes a bit challenging to find the trail, but we did after a hiccup, no problem. The hot tub is wonderful. Management beautifully responsive. Mid-mountain requires transportation arrangements to get to shopping or restaurants in Park City. Plenty of food delivery options. Great choice. Easy indoor parking.

Stayed for three nights in Ridge point condo. Although not ski in ski out it is a great location. The manager was very good at responding in a timely manner. The condo could use updates, wood floors, new frying pan for kitchen. The jacuzzi was nice but plastic top which is falling apart was full of ice and very heavy to remove. Frozen towels were outside not sure how long they have been there. My biggest complaint would be lack of toilet paper. There was a total of two rolls in the whole condo. Overall nice rental for a fair price.

Great hang for family and easy ski-out and ski/walk back!

Overall an excellent property. The location is great with good covered parking. The ski-out option works well with access at end of the unit. The ski-back requires a walk of about a hundred yards which is what you would walk in a parking lot but being able to return when you want makes it worth it. Just note that the directions for the return make sense if you go straight off the Carpenter lift or do a 180 off Homestake lift. Otherwise the layout works well including heating controls on the bedroom level and on the kitchen / family room level. Everything is first rate and the kitchen is well-stocked.The only recommendation is to fix the dishwasher as it is unbalanced and the racks roll out and the front door (which has a sign to this effect) will drop completely to the floor. Despite this warning it still dropped on a few toes! All around a great property and experience.

Great ski trip

The property was as advertised, it was nice and clean. The location was somehow hard to find using Google Map. Recommend using Waze instead for accurate location for the first arrival. The unit was nice, well stocked with kitchen equipment, condiments and towels. Hot tub was wonderful after each day of skiing. Coming back to the unit was a bit tricky, so I recommend reading the instruction well before trying for the first time. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you for hosting our group.
