This cozy home, located just 2 blocks from Riverside Drive Park and a short walk to the Brookside shopping area and The Gathering Place, offers a modern, minimalist design with a spacious living area, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (2 King size beds, 1 Queen), and 2 bathrooms. Situated between Riverside Linear Park and the Peoria Brookside area, it's perfect for a comfortable stay. We welcome dogs under 35 lbs. for a $50 fee, with grooming before check-in, furniture etiquette, and kenneling when alone required. No refunds for cancellations, but we can help reschedule for a different date if notified in advance. We require a minimum of three days rental.

Not what we anticipated

Location was great but if you are used to finer accommodations this is not the place for you. Older property with older amenities. Very little toilet paper and just a few towels. Beds are worn out and you slide to the middle. We were there long enough to try to catch a few hours of sleep and were then gone as soon as possible. We were somewhat embarrassed that we asked our friends to come. Would not recommend or return.

Very nice place to stay near Riverside Drive

We stayed four nights at this property over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Management provided lots of info on local places to shop and eat.

House fine-property manager offensive

Veronica judged me twice. First with my grown army son staying there/and she made it very clear “there will be a fine if there’s noise or parties”. My special forces son does not drink and simply wanted a quiet place to stay for 3 days after a year of basic training. She assumed wrong of my children. Second- she accused me of non payment. Against my moral ethics, I gave her my cc number over the phone, (on Thanksgiving!!) only to find I had paid it in full 2 weeks prior on my cc statement. She chastised me to have inquired too many times and didn’t confirm an inquiry.. but after looking further into her billing docs, she DID see my payment and thus credited back my on phone info. I asked if I could have any chance of an early entry , she would only do so by charging me $35 per person. I have rented VRBO’s all summer following my army boy around.. never had I been asked to pay for early check in. Only a simple yes or no if it was possible. I will never work with Veronica again as a property manager. I signed her off with the word “peace”.
