Peaceful Near Campus Home

Summary: Located in a peaceful Central Davis neighborhood with overlapping canopies of giant trees, our three-bed and two-bath home provides a convenient place for your business trip while allowing you to experience typical lives of the college town. It is only a few blocks from the UC Davis Campus, a two-minute walk to beautiful Sycamore Lane Park, and a couple of minutes' drive to several grocery stores, including Trader Joe's/Safeway/Safemart.

The Space: Our remodeled home provides a master bedroom with a king bed, closet, and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. It also includes two additional bedrooms, each with a closet and a queen-sized bed. Hangars are provided in all closets.

The living room features a large bay window and an oversized Costco sectional that can be easily turned into a sofa bed by simply lifting up the front part facing the TV. It also contains a 65-inches 4K HD Roku TV with free Netflix and HBO Max.

The fully equipped kitchen features breakfast goodies and a wooden dining table that seats up to eight people.

You also have access to a covered patio, garage and new large-sized LG washer/dryer.

This place was perfect for our family. We moved from Davis but wanted to spend a weekend with catching up family and old friends. This place was clean and in a great location for our Davis nostalgia tour.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host communicated in a timely manner and was friendly. The neighborhood is peaceful and there’s a playground in walking distance which was nice for the kids. We would happily stay here again.

Nice, quiet home. Well located and easy to find. The Host was very pleasant and responded well.Had extreme difficulty with the code. The code from VRBO did not work but my 17 year old granddaughter was able to figure out the error and got the correct code from the Host.Would have like a telephone contact number to VRBO to help clear the issue

Great stay in Davis!

Very clean. Easy stay with a toddler with lots of indoor free space to spread out toys and play. Appreciate the minimalist decor yet we had e everything we needed for our stay. Inadvertently locked ourselves out and the host was gracious and quick to resolve the issue. We will be back!

Peaceful, clean, well located house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was great - near my childhood home so that was special. Easy walk to the park and various parts of Davis. Quiet neighborhood. Yard was nice with a Myer lemon tree full of lemons (December). Giang was excellent for communications about the house, check in and check out. All good! Thanks much!

Not what we expected at all.

Quiet hours don’t seem to exist on this street — we were woken up at 6 a.m. both days. Not exactly the peaceful start we were hoping for.
