Private POOL and baby friendly home near Uptown

Summary:

Come unwind in your backyard retreat with an inground private pool. When you step onto the property, you will forget that you are just outside the city center. There are multiple outdoor spaces to relax including a large screened porch, oversized deck with dinning space, large yard with Adirondack chairs, and gazebo by the pool. This home has two office spaces, four bedrooms, and comes stocked with baby gear to accommodate even the littlest travelers. Your family will feel right at home.



The Space:

The backyard has multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. The in ground pool has a covered patio with fan to escape the heat and relax by the water. The pool is surrounded by trees which provide some shade in the morning and late afternoon. The pool is not heated, so it can primarily be enjoyed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of the pool safety gate, there is a huge backyard for kids to run around in while parents rest on the Adirondack chairs nearby. The yard is stocked with toys for toddler aged children. There is a massive deck which includes an oversized screened porch. There is a grill and dining space for six on the open air portion of the porch. While the screened in porch boasts couches to unwind on, as well as a smaller bistro table that accommodates four.



This listing includes a unique floor plan with four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and full bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms rooms on the second floor, as well as a full bathroom with shower and tub combo. One of the bedrooms is off of an office that you walkthrough to access the bedroom. The final bedroom is on the ground floor with laundry in the room. There are two living areas. The main living space off of the kitchen is right beside the dining room. The second living room has a fireplace and additional working space with desk.

The backyard is very large with lots of areas to relax and unwind. Be aware that a large backyard space may sometimes result in some wildlife appearing including deer, rabbits, garden snakes, frogs, squirrels, ants, spiders, and owls. We do not offer refunds if you happen to see one of these animals during your stay.

This Myers Park home is in a central location. The property is off of a main road, but you won’t realize when you pull into the property. Cotswold shopping center is just around the corner which includes grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Getting Around:

Since the property is off if a main road, there is no street parking available. The pergola on the side of the house has space for two cars. You can park additional 2-3 cars directly in front of the home. If you have more than three cars accessing the property, you may have to move the cars to allow others to get out.
