Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we genuinely appreciate it, even though we're disappointed to hear about your experience. Your concerns are valid, and we take them seriously. The smoke odor, outdated furnishings, dark ambiance, and maintenance issues you mentioned fall short of our standards. We apologize that the maintenance visit didn't happen as promised and that the light bulb wasn't addressed. We'd like to make this right. We will make sure these issues are corrected before future guests arrive. We value your honesty and hope to restore your confidence in our property.

We am very sorry you were inconvenienced so much during your stay. We are also sorry you didn't know about the beach chairs; the information is in the listing. We will do better in the future with letting guests know about this amenity. In regards to pest control we did compensate you for that. We are at the mercy of the Home Owner's Association. We are extremely sorry we didn't stop them from coming.

Thanks for your feedback. Newman-Dailey and our owners always want to improve. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the location and appreciate you letting us know of maintenance issues. We always encourage our guests to report maintenance concerns so we can get them repaired either during your stay or for the next guest. We are so happy to receive your review and hear how happy you were with Jade East 1050. We agree that the view, location and beach chair and umbrella service are wonderful amenities. We are sorry to hear that you were disturbed by other guests. Quiet hours start at 10 pm and we advise guests not to engage with loud or unruly neighbors but to call the sheriff’s department and report it. We will pass along your suggestions about the mattress and bedding to the owners who are always looking for opportunities to improve their rental. The stain in the bathroom was plumbers putty left there after a minor repair and has since been removed. Again, we appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us and we look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon.
