Property was perfect for 2 couples and a dog. Loved that we had 2 separate living room areas. The location was perfect and within a short driving distance to several restaurants. Rooftop was also a great place to hang out.

Pictures are not accurate of the property. The outside area needs attention, trash around buildings and parking was not easy. The inside was nothing like the pictures advertised, they must have used AI because it looked very new and clean. Shower curtain was stained and rod was rusted. I even saw hair on the walls. The walls were very scuffed. I felt like the price was too high for what you were getting.

Our stay here was just what we expected from what was shown in the listing. We were a party of ten. Six adults, four children. Plenty of room for us all without feeling like we were in the way of each other. The two separate living rooms were awesome. The kitchen was spacious and the dining table accommodated us for family dinners. During our stay we had a couple of maintenance issues that we reported and they were handled quickly. The maintenance man they sent was very polite and took care of matters efficiently. One thing I would change would be to add more spoons in the kitchen! Very much lacking!

This is the 2nd year we stayed in Port Aransas and the house was perfect for our group. The location was ideal and the property met all of our needs. House was clean comfortable and provided the room we needed.

Need to be honest with people about the construction next-door. Not oh maybe there might be some construction. Also the pictures of the pool are deceiving. The inside of the property is beautiful. The gate to the pool area need work. The responsiveness was disappointing of the staff. They replaced the grill so we had something to cook on, but we weren’t able to do lunch that day. Also, we requested late check out but didn’t get back to us until 30 minutes before we ended up leaving.
Construction of what looks like a new firehouse right next to number five.

The house was clean when we checked in. We enjoyed the rooftop. There were several lights out though. The door has a keypad which didn’t always work right. Sometimes it would take 3 or 4 times to get it unlocked. It was nice having a pool. We did share it with another house but that wasn’t a problem. The pool was clean. Around the pool was dirty. Apparently after the previous guests left it wasn’t cleaned. There were dirty plastic cups, torn up floats, and even old shoes around the pool area. Needed more than 2 kitchen towels and the host responded finally after 3 days. Gave me a code for a locked closet in one of the bedrooms. The code included a # sign which there was no # sign on the keypad. Heard back from the host the day before we left. I had to go buy kitchen towels.

We're glad the home was clean at check-in and that the rooftop and pool were enjoyable, but the state of the pool surround, the lights, the keypad trouble, and the delay in getting you something as basic as kitchen towels are not the experience we want anyone to have — especially when it meant you had to go out and buy them yourself. Every one of these points has been passed along to our team, including the response times and the closet code that didn't work. We appreciate you being specific, as it makes it much easier for us to fix. We'd welcome the chance to host you again and show you a much smoother stay.
