The Space:
This expansive home is designed for entertaining and relaxation. The main living area features large windows, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and plush seating for everyone. With two kitchens—one on each level—meal prep is a breeze, whether you’re hosting a family feast or whipping up snacks after a day of skiing. The four bedrooms, plus a bunk room, comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Outdoors, the private hot tub offers a serene space to unwind with views of the golf course and surrounding peaks.

Guest Access:
You will receive a text message from the property manager, PMI Breck, the day before arrival with your check-in instructions and guest guidebook. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including both kitchens, a two-car garage, and a large deck with outdoor seating, firepit, and a grill. The private hot tub is yours to enjoy year-round, and the Nordic ski trails are accessible right out your back door.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a peaceful and scenic neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. Early Summer Trip

We had four couples stay here for our annual family reunion trip. The accommodations were perfect, as each couple had their own suite (with private bathroom) and there was plenty of room to spread out. We absolutely loved the house, amenities and location. Every question or concern we had was addressed extremely quickly. We hope to return to the area and this house again in the future!

Comfy!

Everything was great. Just know that there are only 4 bedrooms (comfy beds) and then the rest of the beds are in a bunkhouse. Nice bunkhouse but the ad was a little confusing to me! I truly enjoyed our stay and they had EVERYTHING we could have asked for! Would book again for sure!

Great Breckenridge House

This place was simply amazing. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room. The Adults love the huge two master bedrooms and bathroom. The Grandparents loved the downstairs bedroom/bathroom that was far enough away from everyone to make it very quiet far them to sleep in later than the rest of the group. The outside patio is beautiful and great view. Very quiet area and quiet neighborhood. Will rent again next summer

Nice stay

Everything was good for the most part. Kitchen dishes were not good in microwave. They come out so hot that you have to move food to another plate. TV's go out all together or do not work properly. Master bedroom TV picture froze all the time.

Nice spot for groups

It was a great house, super beautiful and spacious. We had 11 women in the house for a bachelorette and it was great. Unfortunately the hot tub was unusable and they had someone out everyday trying to fix it but it ultimately never got solved which was a bummer since we chose a house with a hot tub. Also the showers all didn’t have hot water which was also not fixed while we were there. I spent every day on calls with management and although they were receptive to feedback, the issues were never really fixed. I asked to the speak to the manager and they never got back to me

Beautiful Home

There were 12 of us that stayed at this property, and we all enjoyed it immensely. Very big and rooms and areas where kids could go do their thing or we could all get together around the table for meals or a game. Hot tube was a huge hit. It was nice to jump into it after a day on the slopes. We skied Copper and it was only a 15 - 20 min Drive. Enjoyed Frisco more than Breckenridge. Very nice small town. The Kitchen was well stocked with many pots, pans, plates, bowls, ETC. just about anything you think you may need. The Kitchen appliances were profession grade. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the house. Plenty of towels and nice bath robes for the hot tub. Washer was industrial sized and was easy to use. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows, game room had a pool table and was full of board games. Only regret was leaving. Highly recommend this house. May look at a summer date to enjoy the area in a different season and this house sits on golf course.
