Great property in a perfect location
The perfect place for our family to kick off summer. Plenty of room for our 4 kids - great furnishings, but nothing fragile to get our 20-month old in trouble. The proximity to the gondola can't be beat - you're just minutes from a nice meal on Main Street or the fun alpine activities. Loved the fireplaces on brisk evenings and had so much fun making smores in the fire pit. We had one random issue when the dryer lint trap broke and tore holes in our clothing. The management company sent someone out immediately and reimbursed the cost of the destroyed clothing - so impressed with their customer service. We are exhausted after chasing 4 little ones through Colorado for a week, but if we ever get our energy back, we will happily return!
Beautiful home in great location
The house is in a perfect location, and is beautifully furnished. We had a couple of issues though that detracted from our stay. The house has a combination door lock that was not working, so we were unable to lock the house when we left (we were not given any keys). We called the management company the first day to report the problem. We were basically told to "try again", and they never followed up after that. Also, we were told that coffee would be left for the first morning, but none was. We were also told we could have a late checkout, but the cleaning service still arrived early the day of check out, and said that the office hadn't notified them about our late check out. I texted the management company about these issues, but never received any reply from them. So to sum it up: great house, but management could be improved.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed the home’s location and furnishings. It is truly a beautiful home with great access. We also appreciate the feedback regarding our services as we are always seeking to improve. Regarding the door lock issue, it is our policy to send a member of our maintenance team up in the event something like this cannot be troubleshot over the phone. I am sorry this was not your experience. Also, we do provide an initial supply of coffee and would have delivered it up had we known the inspector forgot to place it out. As for the late check out, I can assure you the front desk did make the cleaning staff aware. We would have happily told the cleaners to come back on your behalf if we had known they arrived early. Last, I did see where we received a text regarding these issues after your departure and am sorry you did not receive our response.
All of that said, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the home aside from these issues and hope you’ll come back and see us soon.
This is an amazing house. It is so convenient to the gondola and peak 8 and town.
I have never stayed anywhere that was so well appointed with all the kitchen utensils, appliances, dishes, glasses, a wonderful gas grill on the deck, just anything you need for cooking. We were so happy with everything about the house , the location, the convenience of town, the heated garage, the hot tub, the extra towels, the pretty comforters, games, great tv system--just everything. The ONLY thing that was not to our expectations was the snow covered fire pit. It would have been extremely nice if the management company had kept the walkway to the hot tub and the fire pit dug out. One of the reasons we rented that particular house was for the hot tub, I called Pinnacle Management about it and they said they would send a crew up to dig it out--but they never did. Not a deal breaker for rental next year, but something that I will inquire about. Over all the house was spectacular--thanks for the opportunity to stay there.

We had an incredible time. If you want a beautiful house in the perfect location for skiing this is the place.
Family Trip 2016
This was our first time visiting Breckenridge. We were 6 adults and 1 child. Our experience in the home was outstanding. Making great memories. We felt very welcomed. The unit was immaculate. The kitchen fully equipped (dishes were spotless). We were so pleased with the unit that we'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!
Our family of 4 loved this property. The townhome appointments are top notch and easy gondola access is a bonus - no car needed for town visits. Peak 8 views are wonderful. There is construction in the area however it is minimally intrusive. Great customer service is provided by the management company. No disappointments!
