OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 11th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort, this spacious condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bunk bed. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bunk nook has a twin over twin size bunk bed. The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf, its sugary beach and the amazing sunsets are enjoyed from the large balcony and the living area. This condo has easy access to the 10th floor pool/hot tub.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

The staff at this property are horrible, the check in procedure is rr very rude. We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues , the rental agency was very responsive to that. The check in procedure is absolutely ridiculous, took us over an hour, I thought that was bad but talked to others who waited over and hour and a half. Will not be staying there again.

Family Vacation

The condo is amazing! Has everything you possibly will need! We cooked majority of the week every night and loved the convenience. The grills are charcoal and we thought they were gas so we didn't get to grill but that's okay! The only down side to our stay that wasn't the hosts fault but the resorts, the elevator right outside the door was shut down because of the wind. So not only did we have to walk all the way down to the other side of the resort to go up and down the elevators, we had to wait a very long time as everyone in the resort was using the 2 elevators that worked. My daughter had a BLAST! The kiddie pool was perfect to let her get energy out and not worry too much about other kids jumping in and splashing.
