Appartment was everything we expected and, as claimed, within walking distance of central Vancouver sites. However it is located in a very, very noisy area - Burrard street is an ambulance and fire response corridor, it is cross-corner to a very busy gas station with attendant muscle cars and loud motorcycles at all hours, party goers galore until 2:00am on most nights, barking dog(s) until 2 to 3 am on 2 nights. NOT a restful location by any stretch.
Overall, would recommend! Pros: clean, comfortable bed, decent shower water pressure, good amount of windows and natural light, secure building, host graciously accommodated me dropping off my bags a few hours before official check-in, easy check-out, lovely 30 minute walk to Kitsilano area. Notes: if you’re super sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you as it’s located near a hospital and you can hear traffic / ambulance easily. I decided to sleep with earplugs and therefore didn’t mind too much.

Absolutely loved this apartment! the location is great directly on Burrard, King size bed was blissful, walkable to the whole city. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing stay in Vancouver
I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at Maha's place on Burrard St. Maha is super accommodating and the place is a dream to stay at. Absolutely everything you need for a great stay down to the full range of spices in the kitchen to make some late night pizza slices delicious. Thanks Maha, hope to be back soon!

This one-bedroom apartment is close to everything in the West End, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maha is a super host, and very responsive. Definitely plan to come back!

The location is perfect: easy access to great food, coffee, Granville Market, Stanley Park, Yaletown. Condo has high ceiling and windows providing natural light. Good bed. Kitchen has everything you need. I’ll stay again.

Great place. Wonderful setup. The neighborhood has lots to offer and easy to walk to other neighborhoods. Its a bit noisy but that's to be expected being in the heart of the city and the host provides plenty of ear plugs for sleeping.

Tidy, one bedroom in fantastic central location for downtown. Description is accurate, apartment has all the amenities, is very comfortable and access was straightforward and simple. Maha was avaialable and helpful when we needed her. Highly recommend this spot for couple or single visiting Vancouver.

Once we got in we were generally pleased with the apartment with the exception that the only air conditioner was a portable unit that was extremely loud. Once the sun started to go down it got cooler outside so we opened the slider to bring in cooler air. We had a few issues with the check in. There were 2 conflicting locations to pick up the apartment fob. And It was not very close to the apartment building. Once we picked it up we did not know the unit number and had to call the host. The key to the apartment on the fob did not unlock the door. Luckily the unit was unlocked and we were able to switch a key with a spare in the unit. We very much enjoyed the location and the balcony. Bus stops were very near and we chose the bus to get around the city versus trying to drive in a very congested city. The rooms were spacious enough for us. The building location was quieter than we initially expected.
Highlights- apartment with everything you need and great wee Terrace with lovely views over community garden and not blocked by any close buildings. Surprisingly we got used to the noise and sirens very quickly so what I thought would be the low point wasn’t any bother at all.

Great location in Vancouver
This is a well maintained apartment that is an easy walk to Granville Island, Yaletown and Davie. Lots of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, with a great market and movie theater three blocks away. Maha is available if you need her, and provides a clean place furnished with everything you need to “live” in Vancouver. The fireplace was particularly great on cold, rainy nights, and it is fun to sit on the outdoor patio and watch city life unfold beneath you. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property & great location!
The property was just as the photos show - light, bright and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring all around Vancouver - easy to rent bikes just down from the apartment and ride the entire sea wall and around Stanley Park. An easy walk to sunset beach to enjoy amazing views of sunset and all the people out playing on the beaches. Easy to get to Granville Island - not a bad walk if you are looking to get some exercise - or easy/inexpensive cab ride. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is excellent! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
