Super emplacement central. Restaurants, cafés, dépanneurs, banques, etc., tout à distance de marche.

C'est un endroit confortable et propre qui vous fera sentir Ă  la maison.
La cuisine est équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et des appareils. Profitez d'un café sur le balcon. Nous avons une cafetiÚre et fournissons le café, le sucre, le thé et les aliments essentiels.

Les installations comprennent une laverie privée, le WiFi, une salle de sport, un sauna, un hammam, une télévision à écran LCD 42 pouces, un cùble, une clé de diffusion Amazon et Netflix.

Juste au milieu de deux quartiers animés: Davie Village et Yaletown. Beaucoup de restaurants, bars, boutiques, juste en dehors de la région. Les cinémas, la galerie d'art de Vancouver et la bibliothÚque publique de Vancouver sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Once we got in we were generally pleased with the apartment with the exception that the only air conditioner was a portable unit that was extremely loud. Once the sun started to go down it got cooler outside so we opened the slider to bring in cooler air. We had a few issues with the check in. There were 2 conflicting locations to pick up the apartment fob. And It was not very close to the apartment building. Once we picked it up we did not know the unit number and had to call the host. The key to the apartment on the fob did not unlock the door. Luckily the unit was unlocked and we were able to switch a key with a spare in the unit. We very much enjoyed the location and the balcony. Bus stops were very near and we chose the bus to get around the city versus trying to drive in a very congested city. The rooms were spacious enough for us. The building location was quieter than we initially expected.

Nice appartment in a noisy area

Appartment was everything we expected and, as claimed, within walking distance of central Vancouver sites. However it is located in a very, very noisy area - Burrard street is an ambulance and fire response corridor, it is cross-corner to a very busy gas station with attendant muscle cars and loud motorcycles at all hours, party goers galore until 2:00am on most nights, barking dog(s) until 2 to 3 am on 2 nights. NOT a restful location by any stretch.

Simple stay for solo travel!

Overall, would recommend! Pros: clean, comfortable bed, decent shower water pressure, good amount of windows and natural light, secure building, host graciously accommodated me dropping off my bags a few hours before official check-in, easy check-out, lovely 30 minute walk to Kitsilano area. Notes: if you’re super sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you as it’s located near a hospital and you can hear traffic / ambulance easily. I decided to sleep with earplugs and therefore didn’t mind too much.

Super stay in the heart of vancouver

We had a beautiful stay in vancouver. In the appartement everything was very well organized: key pick up, all kind of utensils for kitchen and cooking, for bathroom and laundry was provided. Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, coffeemachine, toaster, tv with streaming and so on - we felt like at home. Tranport was comfortable - a lot of bus stops within short range. Communication with Maha was easy - not much reason but if, she was very responsive. Reaction within hours. Overall we can recommend.

Wonderful location

This apartment is ideally located for enjoying Vancouver. It’s an easy walk to False Creek with its charming ferries, to Coal Harbour and to many nice shops and restaurants. Grocery stores are close by as well, and the apartment has all the necessary cooking implements for a nice meal at home after a day’s outing. Although we expected to hear ambulances as the apartment is close to a hospital, it really wasn’t an issue. As other reviewers have said, the building is a little dated but everything is very clean and Maha, the host, is responsive and eager to answer any questions. This place makes a great base for exploring and a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Thank you for a great stay, Maha.

Vancouver Stay

Great place. Wonderful setup. The neighborhood has lots to offer and easy to walk to other neighborhoods. Its a bit noisy but that's to be expected being in the heart of the city and the host provides plenty of ear plugs for sleeping.

West End Condo

The location is perfect: easy access to great food, coffee, Granville Market, Stanley Park, Yaletown. Condo has high ceiling and windows providing natural light. Good bed. Kitchen has everything you need. I’ll stay again.

Simply Perfect

The apartment is compulsive clean and neat. All the furnishing are in good shape. All the cleaning supplies, utensils, pots and pans one could want. Top flight streaming setup; the owner provides streaming gratis. The neighborhood, Davie Circle, has a great many restaurants ranging from intimate to immense
 Lots of moderately priced ethnic places, but also high end places. Davie is a club scene, active but no where near crazy. The building is extremely well-kept and secure in a walk to everything location. Easy access to Granville Market downtown, Canada Place and every mode of transportation. Doors, elevators and garage are all fob-controlled. The apartment is three good sized main rooms plus a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and appointed. The living/dining area is comfortably furnished. Perhaps best of all the owner was the best we’ve dealt with. She never took more than an hour to respond to anything. Booking and 24-hour check/in were seamless. We had an issue with the TV as a previous tenant had left a sound bar turned up high. The owner came immediately and diagnosed and fixed the problem. In 40+ rentals we have has almost all great experiences, but this was over the top.

Great location and lovely secure apartment

Highlights- apartment with everything you need and great wee Terrace with lovely views over community garden and not blocked by any close buildings. Surprisingly we got used to the noise and sirens very quickly so what I thought would be the low point wasn’t any bother at all.

Cute and charming

This one-bedroom apartment is close to everything in the West End, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maha is a super host, and very responsive. Definitely plan to come back!

Great city apartment w/view

Nice modern apartment in the heart of the city, with great walkability and transit options, near the best of everything Vancouver has to offer. Great restaurants nearby, easy transit or bike to Stanley Park and Granville Island. Small but comfortable living room and bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice view of the city profile and north shore mountains. Only downside is some street noise from local nightclubs and a nearby hospital which seemed to launch an ambulance roughly every 17 seconds (the property owner does provide earplugs for noisy evenings). However, the people in the building were very quiet. Would recommend for anyone visiting Vancouver as an alternative to a hotel as you experience the city more like a "local."

Centrally located cute apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Maha’s spacious and clean apartment. She provided everything we could possibly have needed- from dish soap, condiments, dishes, to umbrellas, maps and brochures of the area. The windows provided very nice ventilation throughout. The kitchen was very cute. Maha was also available to answer any questions. The only downside really was the street noise. The apartment is located on a very loud downtown street, and in addition to traffic and sirens, you hear loud music on Friday night. But- Maha was thoughtful enough to provide earplugs! Overall the positive outweighed the negative and I would recommend this rental.
