Our Story (aka Why We’re Obsessed With This Place):
Twenty years ago, we made the best decision of our lives—moving to Cape Coral. Between the sunshine, salty breezes, and boat-to-the-beach lifestyle, we were hooked. Now we’re opening up our happy place to other adventure-seeking, hammock-loving families who want a taste of Florida magic. Mornings here are for soaking in the hot tub with coffee in hand. Afternoons? Boating to Sanibel or making waves with the kids in the pool. Nights? Lanai lounging, drinks in hand, stars overhead.

What’s Inside – and Outside – the Dream:
- 2 Luxe King Suites with private bathrooms for maximum pampering
- 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Queen Bedroom – because nobody wants bunk beds on vacation
- 3 Full Bathrooms, including one with direct pool deck access (hello, convenient!)

The vibe is open, airy, and designed for FUN. The living and dining spaces flow right into the showstopper: the lanai. This screened-in outdoor haven features:

A Few Friendly Guidelines:
- Guests must be 24+
- No pets, sorry fur babies!
- No smoking anywhere in the home or lanai
- Garage and locked areas are reserved for owner use
- Keep it clean—extra cleaning fees apply for party-level messes (yes, we take pics)
- Ask about FREE early check-in or late checkout—we love to spoil our guests!
