Conveniently located within minutes of nearby top-tier golf courses, spring training events, NFL games, Super Bowl 56 entertainment village, and premier west-valley shopping destinations including the Tanger Outlets and the Arrowhead Towne Centre Mall.

The Sandlot on Ross has a gorgeous full kitchen remodel boasting all new 2023 LG appliances as well as stunning quartz counters with plenty of bar space. Enjoy a premium coffee experience with our Nespresso Virtuoline machine and kitchen loaded with all the essentials.

Very clean

We loved the house and location family came over for dinner had plenty of room. Outside could use some updates but other then that it was perfect

Convenient Location

This stay was for a family gathering, 6 Adults, 2 children, ages 7 and 2, over the week of Christmas. Our son’s family lives in Peoria, but his house is small and we prefer to all stay together. This cozy house with 4 bedrooms accommodated us well. The house us updated and clean. Great location, easy access to numerous venues, grocery, restaurants, playgrounds, mountain trails, etc., The host responded quickly to our emailed questions.

Sandlot

Everything was fine. Unfortunately, due to an accident, only 2 of my adult children could come and stay so we lost quite a bit of money on this rental but it was no fault of the owner.

Just what we were looking for

We were in town for a pickelball tournament so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house to be able to enjoy all of the fun amenities that are included. Excellent property, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the house and adding our own streaming apps to the TV's was quick and easy, as were able to watch everything we wanted. Communicating with Caleb was a breeze and very quick to respond. We brought our dog with us and he too enjoyed the house and yard, so thanks Caleb for making this property so pet friendly. We would highly recommend this property and should we travel back to Peoria, we would book this property again.

Simple but homey

We really enjoyed staying at The sandlot, it was basic in some ways, but was exactly what we needed for while we were in town visiting family. The beds were very comfortable, and make for plenty of space if you're staying with a family. Since it was just the 3 of us, I got my choice of the three bedrooms. He doesn't have a spotlight in the backyard, so if you're looking to play a night game in the wiffle ball field, or some late night bags, you're out of luck, but that would be a great time to spend some time with the pool table in the game room. The TVs don't have cable, but they do have setups for any streaming channels you'd like to use, or the Samsung live, which was plenty for us. The kitchen was missing a couple of items that we would have liked to have, like a colandar and some cooking knives, but it had great equipment in it and it was nicely set up so that you could still spend time with the family while you were cooking. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the great place to come home to every night.
