This classic 3 bedroom Notchbrook condo has been freshly updated. The inviting interior is modern, while the furnishings are plush and cozy. With five different levels there is plenty of space for everyone to find a favorite new spot to relax. The three bedrooms are each on their own separate level of the condo, giving everyone plenty of privacy while on vacation. Community amenities include a pool and sauna.

Needs a lot of attention

Plenty of room but the place needs a thorough cleaning and de-cluttering. Food that expired in 2021, probably bought pre-pandemic, still in cabinets. Under sink cabinets crammed with various cleaners, junk, bags, etc. A real mess. TV had five remote controls. Instructions said no control needed, but one of them was required. Motor driven shades in 4 rooms not working properly; we were able to fix them by going on-line to the manufacturer's web site, but obviously previous guests couldn't figure them out and had manually pulled them down, then couldn't get them up. Ceiling fan in dining area had dust literally hanging off the fan blades; ceiling cowling was off; light fixture looked like it might fall off at any moment. Closets crammed with extra linens, but, guess what, no wash cloths or shampoo in our bathroom. This would be a great place IF it was properly taken care of.

Great Winter Stay

Overall our family had a good time here. It would be even better if the house was ready for us with heating and hot water on right away. It was fixed promptly by management though. The place was very spacious and comfortable. Here are a few comments hopefully for better in the future. The main fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen needs to be replaced for there is not enough light for cooking etc. The remotes for motorized blinds were not working . Better dusting and cleaning after animals (dog's fur) would be desired. Otherwise location, access to nature, skiing, local attractions great!
