About this property

Remodeled 2bed 1 bath apt w/park great location

A fully equipped apartment with parking located in east little habana with quick access to Brickell. You will love the apartment & it's location!

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, linen, towels, etc.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).

The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with an individual bed. A sofa bed is available in the living room & a smart TV(please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages after the check-in process its done, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.

All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20 and 30th of each month we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
