Looking for a spacious home with outdoor entertaining and a sprawling backyard in the city limits of Rehoboth? This 3400 square foot home located next to Silver Lake in Rehoboth Beach is the perfect spot for large groups. We have just a few weeks left for Summer 2025. It is one of the only properties left in Rehoboth with a private pool and hot tub!

This home has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms attached. There is also a full basement acting as a 4th bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom, perfect for the kids!

Head outside to hang out in the party barn! With a bar and television, you can watch tv while the kids play in the pool and hot tub. Play pool, foosball, air hockey or enjoy the large, fenced yard. The party barn is an unconditioned space, no heat or AC. We have plenty of bikes and toys for the kids in the barn!

The space
This charming home is located on a quiet street on the east side of Route One in Rehoboth Beach. It is walkable to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches via an annexed pathway behind Rehoboth Elementary, walk across Turtle Bridge and you are there! You will enjoy all of Rehoboth's delicious downtown dining and shopping, the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk, Funland and Dewey's nightlife.

Enter the home to a large living room with fireplace and flat screen television. There is a large 1st floor master suite with a king bed and large walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, breakfast bar seating and a dining room table for 6! There is a coffee bar, wine/beer fridge and separate ice maker in the butler's pantry for all your happy hour needs!

Upstairs, there are 2 master suites, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. There is a separate annex off of one of the suites that houses a pack'n'play, baby bouncer and other baby essentials so everyone can have a good time!

The basement is home to the kids’ bunk room! With 3 sets of bunk beds (5 twin, 1 double) and a couch, kids can have their own cozy area with a television. The basement also has a full bathroom. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Step out back to a large, beautiful fenced in backyard! The backyard has a pool, hot tub (open year round), grill, and party barn! The party barn has a full bar (not stocked) with a large flat screen television with cable and streaming. There is a pool table, foosball and air hockey to keep everyone entertained!

LINENS: We will supply mattress pads, pillows and quilts. We have a linen package including sheets and towels for every guest which is included in the cleaning fee. The home has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all of property including the party barn, with the exception of one garage bay.

Other things to note:
Pool is open from May 20th until September 30th. The pool is not heated. The hot tub is heated on demand and open year round!
Only Saturday - Saturday rentals from June 13 - September 6, 2026.
A starter package will be supplied and includes the basics of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags.
