Swim laps in the 25 meter indoor swimming pool, relax in the hot tub while stargazing at the perfect night sky, fly fish right outside your doorstep and access 2 miles of some of the best fishing spots in the Valley, or simply chill out on the deck listening to the babbling river streaming by. Hiking, biking, golf and skiing abound! Exquisitely decorated with numerous amenities, you will find serenity at this 5-star retreat. Just 12 minutes to world-class skiing at Bald Mountain, 15 minutes to shopping and dining in downtown Ketchum, and 5 minutes to downtown Hailey and the airport. Access to a personal chef, masseuse, and guide available upon request.

The property was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and the home was stocked with lots is seasoning and amenities. We would definitely stay again. The coffee pot was the only item not working. Thanks for having us !

Amazing property for our large family gathering. Lovely grass area for corn hole and other lawn games as well as an indoor pool with cozy poolside seating so we could all hang out. We were here in the summer, but this property would also be amazing in the winter.

Amazing Riverside House

Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful riverside house while we explored the surrounding areas, hiking, rafting, UTV'ing, biking, kayaking,etc. During our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the house after all the day activities.The host is really good and easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to explore the Boise and surrounding areasJosh & Family

Spectacular Home!

Our stay at this mountain ski house was absolutely unforgettable! The house itself was unbeliebably spacious and impeccably clean. The home has large windows that let in plenty of light offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. This ski house offered the perfect mountain eescape.

I've been staying in Sun Valley for years, this is the best place we have ever rented. Very clean, great spaces, comfortable beds and wonderful sitting areas. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. The owners were easily accessible and did a great job communicating and making sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and plan to spend a couple weeks there next year as well.

Hailey Home on the River

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this location. It could not have been better. The house is well appointed and situated in an amazing place. Ketchum/Sun Valley is only a 15 minute drive north. Plenty of room for our group of 12 (six adults and six kids ranging between 4-14 years old). The hostess was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. Fishing right outside the door was great too. Indoor pool was perfect for the kids and a real hit. Hope to find our way back to this location again.

In nature but convenience to town of Hailey & not far from Ketchum & Sun Valley for great outdoor activities-horseback riding,swimming in river & poolbiking. , mountain biking, riding gondola,eating out( Di Vinic’s , KB’s& Despo’s-all great for families) Huge multi level house-primary bedroom was very spacious & private Great time for everyone Ages 8-74!

Best House for Large Family

We had a great trip to Idaho and the house was perfect for our large family - adults, teenagers, and children. There was plenty of space to spread out and have different living areas and outdoor areas. The location was perfect in between Hailey and Ketchum and you can't beat the views from the house. The house was clean and the added amenities like the pool, hot tub, fire pit, exercise equipment, etc. were great and enjoyed by all. Will definitely be back!

Love Hailey

This property is amazing! Love hearing the sound of the river, and being able to fish right outside the door. The house is a great size, plenty of room. My grandkids loved doing the pool, jacuzzi, river, they did not want to leave. The location is perfect close to Hailey, and not too far to Ketchum. Julianna was such a nice person, so easy to work with and was right there to take care of any problems we had. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing property and home

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week with another family. The house and the property were amazing. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Our kids enjoyed running around in the yard, fishing in the river and swimming in the indoor pool. For us the location was perfect. The house is near the entrance to the National Forest so we got quietness, river and mountain views but still able to get to a grocery store in Hailey in 5 minutes or a nice restaurant in Ketchum in 10-15. The host, Julianna, was very responsive and gave detailed instructions about the house, restaurant and activity recommendations. I would highly recommend this home for 1 large family or 2 smaller families. Our kiddos, 4 of them, were ages 10-12 and it was perfect for us.

Wilderness luxury

We meant all 5 stars on each of the above categories. 4 couples each had their own private space with full bathrooms (with other rooms to spare). The house & property are beyond amazing! Convenience of having all the little things covered like a modern kitchen with everything you need - from utinsels to paper towels & plastic wrap, spices & condiments. We had towels & goggles for the lap pool, bikes ready to use, a hot tub, fishing access out your back door (the sound of the river to fall asleep is nice), trees for hammocking, a fire pit, a bbq grill, you name it, they thought of it. It’s like we were invited to house-sit for 3 days for our our very accommodating, very accessible host family. We really enjoyed this paradise in the woods. Thank you so much. We’ll be back 😊
