New on the Rental Market! Cruz Bay 2 Bdrm Condo W. Ocean View

St John Island is truly paradise, and with affordable accommodations such as Larimar, it is also ensures that St John is an economical destination. We have recently redecorated our island retreat and are just now offering Larimar as a rental.

Our two bedroom condo is located just a short walk from Cruz Bay Town on a shady street with views of the ocean and other nearby Caribbean islands.

Newly airconditioned, on street parking, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths make Larimar the perfect getaway for honeymooners, two couples or a small family.

Cruz Bay restaurants, shopping, ferry dock, and hiking trails are within easy walking distance. Plus, Larimar is just steps from wonderful Frank Bay for sunning and enjoying the warm Caribbean Sea.

The large (34' x 8') common pool (shared by the other 3 condos) has ample lounge chairs and plenty of sunny areas to take home the perfect Caribbean tan.

During this difficult time of Covid-19 we wont be able to meet you at the dock but we will meet you at the same property.

Always an amazing property. The unit is well organized, the deck is awesome with a view of Turner Bay and St. Thomas in the background. The pool area is clean and has plenty of seating. We are often the only people at the pool. Patty, the host contact, is easy to work with and responsive to questions. Walking distance to Cruz Bay where there are great restaurants, bars and shops.(its a bit of an uphill climb returning to the unit). We'll be returning again next year!

Fantastic stay!…clean, bright and beautiful! Morning coffee and happy hour snacks from deck are wonderful! Rooms are bright and airy. Great location to walk to town.

Cruz Bay 2 bedroom condo.

Excellent property with large covered porch. The breeze was great and it was so nice to have a view of the ocean. Listening to and occasionally seeing the nearby peacocks was a treat.

Fantastic Location and Condo!

Situated above Cruz Bay, large deck, beautiful pool. Walking disrance to town with restaurants, shops, etc. Bit of a steep walk back up from town, but well worth it. The unit is well laid out and spacious. Patty met us at the condo and was ready woth plenty of info regarding the area and island. Will be back!

A great place in St John

I loved getting to stay at this condo. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk into the Cruz Bay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The view is lovely. Communication with the property manager was easeful and helpful. I would easily book this place again if I came back to St Johns

Great place to stay!!!

Everything was amazing, very close to Cruz Bay, great for walking to all the restaurants (though be aware of some hills). The condo had everything we could need, a couple cold drinks and snacks ready for us when we arrived, beach towels were provided, even some floaties, beach chairs and a small cooler. The host truly thought of everything when stocking the house to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The pool was amazing as well and was perfect to relax in after long days at the beach. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Truly was an amazing place to stay and helped make for an amazing trip.

Great place to stay in Cruz Bay

This villa is a lovely, quiet place to stay within walking distance to Cruz Bay. Parking spaces are there for each of the 4 units. The unit also has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for excursions. The walk to all the restaurants and stores is about 5 minutes. The pool is lovely for a relaxing dip after the beach. Enjoy a quiet getaway with beautiful views to Frank Bay and St John.

Good location

Loved the fairly easy walk to Cruz Bay for access to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo offered basic essentials for our stay. The property manager was very pleasant and responsive. We did enjoy the pool after the hot walk back from town or a day at the beach. The unit could use a little updating and TLC.

Larger than expected

Our group of 3 friends enjoyed the property for a long weekend. The property manager keeps the condo very nice and she was very responsive. It was great to have A/C, although the living room and 2nd bedroom weren’t super cold like the master bedroom. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool noodle. Nicely close to town.

Beautiful view & great location

We loved our stay! It was such a beautiful view and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the iguanas in the trees. We spent a few hours in the pool relaxing one day as well. The location was easily walkable to Cruz Bay although there are a couple of hills. There was everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, cooler and some snorkeling masks. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment close to town

Stunning ocean view apartment! Even better than the listing. Ample space for 2 couples, beautiful balcony that you can hear the ocean from. Just a 7 min walk to Cruz Bay city center. Check in process was easy - Patti met us at the door and gave us a tour. Could not recommend this property any more highly.

This property is very conveniently located to Cruz Bay. It’s a short walk into town although the hill going back is a little steep! Patti was super easy to work with & answered all questions promptly! There is no washer/dryer at the complex & no dishwasher in kitchen. Plan accordingly! The view off the back patio is amazing & perfect for coffee in the morning & cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend!

Amazing

First of all the communication was top notch with the host, she was also very thoughtful and gave us a lot of snacks. There was snorkel gear, 4 chairs and 4 towels so you do not have to worry about bringing any of them. There was a parking spot if you need it. The pool was VERY clean. The location was perfect, a short 5 min walk to taxis and restaurants so you really wouldn’t need a car, many other stays are up big hills so we were lucky where ours was. The place is nicer than the pictures depict. You will love having your morning coffee on the deck, it will be hard to do anything else. Will stay again if got the chance!

Wonderful stay in paradise

We loved the spacious condo. The beds were great. The air was cool. It was great having two bedrooms (with two full bathrooms). Each could keep their room at personal comfort. Has a great view of Cruz Bay. Easy walk to town for restaurants etc. The TV has Dish Network with lots of channels. Had Netflix and Prime video that was helpful on rainy days. The Ferry service worked to get to and from the island. The taxis do not seem to know where to go, had to tell them to go up hill from Gallows resort and then they could find it. The name of the place is actually Villa Caribe but is listed as "Estate Enighed"? Very confusing. Patti was the local contact and was very responsive to any questions that we had. She was a wealth of information about the island and the condo itself. Took time to explain how to operate fans/air conditioning units. The pool was a lovely clean place to swim. It was great place to relax without sand. Loved our visit to St John and snorkeling in the National Park. The condo supplied chairs that we took with us to the beach. We ordered taxi service at night for morning pickup to beach. Went early each morning to snag a place under tress in shade for day. I wish I would have remember some bug repellant. Warning, it is an island so EVERYTHING is imported, hence very expensive. We found the restaurants good quality, just bit expensive. The Painkillers (rum drink) were very good and helped mellow.

Patty was great. House was clean, well stocked. Great views. Slept great. Cooked out once on the gas grill. TV works well with tons of channels. Some things need improvement: Cook top and oven don’t work well. Master bath shower barely trickles water and the hot water runs out within a couple of minutes. Takes awhile before enough hot water is available for a second shower. Many of the deck chairs and wicker furnature seats are torn and uncomfortable. The pool is difficult to get into and out of as the ladder rungs are loose and the ladder is not screwed into the side of the pool.
