The home is 25 minutes from both Waterville Valley ski, cross-country ski and sledding resort and Loon Mountain ski area and Cannon Mountain ski area is only a 30 minute drive. The three-bedroom, two full bath home is equipped with cozy radiant heat on the first floor, cathedral ceilings and incredible natural light let that shines in through the picture and clerestory windows. There is a screened in porch to store your skis and snow boards, as well as a large deck. The large yard has a fire pit and Adirondack chairs and there is a gas grill on the deck. All bedrooms have new, comfy mattresses and black out shades. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has two twins. Washer/dryer on first floor and a workout area in the master bedroom including dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, exercise bands, yoga mat, stability ball, BOSU ball and ab roller.
