Enjoy a central location—just 20 minutes to Niagara Falls, 30 minutes to the Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium, 7 minutes to Downtown Buffalo, and 5 minutes to the Hertel Strip. We're also just a few blocks from the Buffalo Zoo, Delaware Park, and the historic Martin House. Surrounded by shopping, dining, and family-friendly fun, our neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and full of charm. We look forward to hosting you!

You’ll have full access to the front enclosure and the entire first-floor apartment.

– Ample free street parking is available—please check signs for alternate side rules.

2. Fold comforters and leave them neatly on the beds. 3. Place used linens in the baskets or on the laundry room floor. 4. Bag all trash and place it in the blue bin outside.
5. Wash used dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. 6. Empty fridge and pour out water in Keurig and teapot. 7. Leave interior door unlocked; lock exterior door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors. Smoke only outside near the door. Use outdoor trash and keep noise low. $500 fee if smoke is detected inside.
Driveway is for loading/unloading only. Free street parking is available—just check the signs to avoid a ticket.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down in shared spaces.
