This classic two story Vineyard home is located in the popular Katama area. Off the beaten path, on a private way, two miles from South Beach and beautiful downtown Edgartown. It features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and an island bar leading to an open dining/living room. All is bathed in sunlight from the numerous windows, and the sliding glass doors that lead out onto a wrap around deck. Whether it be a summer retreat, or just a long weekend away in October, this property will feel like your home away from home. Master bedroom is bright and airy with skylights, marble fireplace and sliders going out to a balcony, Comfortably and tastefully furnished.

Great stay in Katama!

This house was perfect for my wife and I. It's comfortable, well maintained, has lots of amenities, tons of personal space and it's in a great location. We've stayed in many places in this area and it's hard to get the right balance- some places are modern but lack charm, some are delightfully rustic but lack AC, dishwasher, etc. This place seems to really hit the sweet spot. We would definitely return. I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews... I think there are many returning families year over year (so they don't leave reviews) and maybe people also just don't want the secret getting out!

wonderful, beautiful house, close to the beach

We have stayed here every summer for the past 4 years. The house is perfect, very clean, private, new, and very close to the beach! Perfect for two or up to 6 people! The owners are lovely and greatly accommodating.
