New owners and new to the rental market. This totally non smoking and no pet unit is sure to please. Freshly painted with new linens and updated decor. Entry is by personalized code, so no worry about fumbling for keys. This unit sleeps 6-8. It is a 1ST floor 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with a king bed and en suite bath in the master, hall bunks with an extra 3rd mattress that could be used anywhere, 2nd hall bath, queen sleeper sofa and a twin ottoman bed in the living room. No waiting on elevators here! Go out your sliding glass door and you are on the pool deck and the beach. Perfect for families who want to lay their little ones down for a nap and still enjoy the pool. Come inside to prepare lunch, watch your children at the pool, and serve them poolside on your balcony. Open floor plan with beautiful gulf views. Unit comes with starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also fully stocked with garbage bags, laundry, dish and dishwasher detergent. Coffee and filters also provided to make your first morning here less stressful. Located next door to Schooners and 1 mile to St. Andrews State Park. It is a perfect and quiet location, off Thomas Dr. No road noise here. The unit is equipped with black out curtains and a fully stocked kitchen for those nights when you want to eat in. In addition to the 2 pools, one of which is heated, there is a hot tub, game room, exercise room, covered parking on the premises, and 24 hour security. Equipped with beach chairs and umbrella, 2 bicycles, pack n play and toddler bed.

This is a non smoking unit. Absolutely no pets allowed.

Great Ground Floor Condo

Literally two steps from the pool, this spacious condo, complete with beach chairs, bikes and great views, is an excellent get-away for families. Having delicious food and drinks next door at Schooners is a great bonus too! We'll be coming back soon!

Best sunsets in PCB,

A nicely decorated and well maintained unit that even comes with coffee and creamer to tide you over until you can do some shopping. There is a great view from the balcony including watching the dolphins swimming by not to mention just walking right off your balcony and into the pool! We also enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and the great beach for walking, we highly recommend the owner of this unit (Nancy Collins) and her quick response to all inquiries and all necessary information for a very pleasant stay.

We loved it, everything we needed for our stay!!

We had a cooler than normal January but we are from Minnesota so we had no problem finding things to do. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. With only steps to the beach we were able to walk everyday and search for shells. We loved it and are already booked for next year!!😀😀

Location can’t be beat. The fireworks at Schooners in New Years Eve was amazing. The unit is perfect. Nancy, the new owner is wonderful to work with. This trip was awesome!!
